Excellent place for pizza, salads & sandwiches. Great place to watch sports games. Nice place to go when shopping.

We came here looking for a good salad. We started with the guacamole and chips, and I was surprised that it was a decent serving of guacamole. I had kale Caesar salad with blackened shrimp and the person I was with had the shrimp tacos. They were OK with me adding shrimp instead of chicken and also minus the raisins. The service was good. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant, which may be due to the fact that we came to eat at 2 o’clock in the afternoon I was pleasantly surprised how good it was.
The reservation didn't help us at all. We showed up early to our designated time and they said the reservation was simply “a call ahead”. There were a dozen tables open and they made our group and many others wait. After 45 minutes, we were seated and our dining experience was good.

I had dinner tonight at YardHouse at Scottsdale Fashion square with my family & Nate was the best server!! He was so patient, very nice & we appreciated him very much!
Jessica was so wonderful! I explained to her that I wasn't sure I'd be able to find my car after lunch. I hadn't been to YH for 2 years, the first & only time was with my (now) late husband, & I was upset about losing him- plus I just don't understand that whole area. She went to the parking structure just outside to see if my car was there as I wasn't sure if it was there or in the one adjacent. With help from pictures I took from my parking space, she was able to quickly discern that I was parked where I had thought. That was SUCH a help & so over the top! She was gone just for a minute. As a side note, at the time, she only had 2 tables & the other one had just been served their meals. She was so friendly, so professional, so charming, & very funny. My friend & I absolutely adore her. My son also works at a restaurant. He's told me about employees not showing up, slacking in their duties, & not appreciating their jobs. Jessica is a aging example of what I'm sure every employer wants in their employees. I'll be back, if only to just see her. She's a beautiful human & that makes Yardhouse look equally as beautiful.

We came here after a long day of shopping, the seated us right away. We ordered apps and food immediately since we were arrived right before last call. They helped us immediately and attended to our every need. I really liked the Wings, salad and firecracker shrimp.

Perfect place to catch happy hour (M-F, 3-6 pm) after a full day of shopping at Scottsdale Fashion Square, 1/2 off pizzas and select apps, and $2-4 off their drinks. YH has a great selection of rotating draft beers, especially local ones that are listed in a separate section. Similarly, the vegetarian and vegan options are sectioned separately. But note that YH uses the same fryer for all their fried stuff like Gardein wings, fries, onion rings, tortilla chips, and wonton chips. Ask to remove or sub. Some vegan options include: - Edamame - Lettuce wrap - take out the chicken and wonton chips - Beyond Burger - usually cooked separately, but ask, sub for the gluten-free bun, with in-house salad or fruit

My nana and I call this place our "spot" now since we always come for our lunches to catch up. I love how diverse their menu is and they have plenty of gluten free options for me to eat as well. Though, my experience I had on Friday was horrible. We had to wait 25-30 mins since they were unstaffed, understandable. First problem, we follow the host to a booth and the entire booth part to sit in was filthy, my nana kindly asked the host to wipe it off since it was visibly dirty. We get seated and waited over 10 minutes to get greeted. Our server was extremely unprofessional and all over the place from the second he walked up to our table. I ordered what I always get (gluten free style) and he tells me he doesn't know if they can do that. It is literally on the gluten friendly menu on their website and I tell him that is what I always order. He tells me he's been there for a month and wasn't sure. Later on, he then brings out the wrong appetizer. Very awkward encounter and he tried blaming me before finally admitting fault. After another server or food runner brought us our food, he didn't check up on us until we were done with our meal and directed us to pay thru the tablet on the counter. He didn't even bring us napkins or silverware, we had to ask a random server to get us some so we could eat our meal. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had and ruined my lunch. I understand being newer but this entire experience was horrible. I definitely will not be back for awhile.

One of my favorite spots. Why? There is something for everyone on the menu both food and drink. I think it's reasonably priced for the large portions and the staff is very attentive. They also have a ton of seating so if they tell you a 20 minute wait you most likely will only wait 10 or so. Love Yard House! Lots of TVs too :)

Yard house is a. brewery restaurant vibe I have gone to several locations and all were good but this location in Scottdale fashion Square mall is the best and it is all about the Staff they could not have done more and all without having to ask looked up to see if I could spot our waitress and another staff person sinced it and came over to see if we needed anything no I will get your waitress just did what we asked about on her own Mgr came by after to see how everything was im in electric chair it was raining hard offered to get me a large plastic bag to protect chair I never asked or even mentioned it she had just told us if we needed to hang out until the rain lightened up to feel free and not to rush wonderful experience this is ithink about the 3rd time we have been in the last. 6 months and it has been wonderful each time pictures of food to followParking: Busy mall restaurant is next to valley parking garage on one side and open parking on the other all very close

Walked into the front door I didn't hear welcome to road house. I asked who I can talk to to get a table the guy said that would be me asked for a table on the patio he was not nice about it it's Arizona in November everybody wants to be on the patio. Our server has been very nice so far. My biggest recommendation would be train your front end staff to be nicer.

The service started off great when they asked what game we would like to be seated next to. But the restaurant was really dark (had to use my phone’s flashlight to read the menu). The food was good but not great. The slider buns were almost a little to tough. The soap in the bathroom was like water.
