Placed my order online at 9:30 a.m. - The place doesn't open until 11:00 a.m., when I placed my order it stated it would be ready by 11:30 - 11:45 a.m. I went in and the order didn't come out until 12:15 pm --- I had 16 construction workers waiting for me to bring them back pizza. The guys told me - it is better to just call the order in! REALLY? Why have it where you can place an order online. I will never order from here again.

Great service and wonderful crafted NY pizza. The place has that east coast vibe. I love the new hired help, Rachel. The place feels like home, she remembers your name and family, friendly. she’s always cleaning. Great lunch specials, chicken parm hero highly recommended.

I was here a couple days ago with some family and the pizza is great , atmosphere awesome my mother had a weird experience and was getting upset a red hair girl gave a kinda of I don’t care attitude when your asked a question is it not your job to know and answer? I’ve tried a lot of other pizza places but this place is the closest to home

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I’m going to for this place.The wings are jumbo so they weren’t crispy. The medium buffalo was the hottest they offered(not hot) and it was more like a paste than a sauce. Just very mediocre.The pizza wasn’t bad but I’ve definitely had better. I love my pizza on the well done side but my pie came out burnt.Baked ziti was honestly the worst pasta dish I’ve even been served. Literally NO flavor in the sauce, my noodles were mush and there was no meat. Took one bite at home and threw the whole container out.

Good tucked out of the way place. Food was excellent, prices pretty reasonable and fun atmosphere. Definitely recommend. Excellent, NY style pizzas, very plump tasty wings & beers & wine to buy with your meal. They offer a jumbo size 24 inch pizza that's a fair amount larger than you can get at most places. One of the best meatball subs I've had. Try this place!

best NY style pizza in town! finally after 6 years in the valley I have found my new staple. Garlic knots are delish especially dipped in their ranch. Great prices. Highly recommend Yo Paulys!!

Update: finally got our order at 2:15. Over 2 hours late. And - it wasn't right. Paid 17.99 for Chicken Parm meal and they sent the sandwich ($13?) - not the full meal with pasta. Last time patronizing this place via delivery or in person.Placed a delivery order via slices app and an hour after placing it it was mysteriously canceled (when it said it would arrive). So we placed the order via doordash instead. My dad is 89 and didn't want to go out. Now, again an hour later (over 2 hours after original order), the driver said they just started making the food. At this point our lunch will arrive at dinner.Horrible way to treat customers - don't offer delivery if you can't fulfill it. Not sure if we will be back.
