Lots of kids screaming and I am currently using a walker to get around because of back surgery. It was impossible to maneuver my walker to get out because people were seated in isles. It was a poor experience and my wife's burger was over cooked. Was supposed to be medium and was well done. Not what we expect from a fox restaurant

We had another fantastic meal at Zinburger in Scottsdale. Adam was our server and was SUPER attentive... refilling drinks and checking on us to make sure we didn't need anything else. We started off our meal with an order of meatballs. They are seriously the best... perfectly seasoned and tender, not dense... topped with a fresh and delicious red sauce.... YUM!!!! And obviously we also got the world famous pretzel bites and cheese... DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND GO THERE JUST FOR THESE!!!! The pretzels are tossed in this delicious parmesan crumb mixture, to die for! I tried the burger of the month, OH MY GOSH!!!!!! Insane combination of toppings on a perfectly cooked burger. Can't recommend this restaurant enough... and be sure to ask for Adam when you stop in!

I ordered my burger, specified gluten allergy and a gluten free bun. Was told by the server that he would check in with the kitchen about the allergy and make sure to put it in. We were then brought food by a different server and my burger had a gluten bun on it. Luckily I caught the mistake but this could have turned out very bad.

The service was attentive and friendly. The French fries were disappointing as they were small, dry and hard. They seemed like shoestring potatoes. Please bring back the larger fries that you used to have. These make me think I'm at McDonalds. Your fries used to be my favorite.

Great food and great service. Perfect place to take family, meet a friend, or talk business. What could be better than a glass of wine or sangria with a burger or salad! Scottsdale Quarter or Biltmore Fashion Park will not disappoint!

Our server Sydney was awesome. She was very caring and compassionate when we told her our truffle fries were served cold after waiting for our food 40 minutes. She brought a second set out and they were cold again, and she still was compassionate and offered to get his new ones but at that point I just felt really bad for her. I wasn't gonna send her back. She said she would take them off of the order, but I did still see a charge but just paid it. This was the first time I had been to Zinberg with my colleague and based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend Zinburger unfortunately. I wanted to love it because it's a nostalgic place for me, but it seems like it's gone downhill where the service is slow, again it took us 40 minutes to get our food. Although the Smashburger was very flavorful, I was really looking forward to the truffle fries, and I was disappointed.

Had a reservation and was sat down promptly. The waitress was great. The food was good but cold. The fries were old and dry. It was Father's Day so a bit busy so not the best!

If you're looking for a good burger this place isn't bad at all. Its a nice location, super busy and they are very friendly. I did see a few people whi made reservations waiting because they made the reservations at the wrong place. The good thing was the staff made it right even though it wasn't the staffs fault. Which seemed nice to me! I mention this because 1 person doing would be an oversight 2 people makes me think this maybe something others should consider when making reservations. So make sure you choose the right location. All and all a good visit. Penalty to options to choose from. Its a bit noisy so its not a great spot if you want to talk quietly.

I honestly don’t understand how there are any reviews that aren’t five stars—this place absolutely deserves it. Me and my wife always get the Samburger, and it’s amazing every single time. The meat is top quality, way better than what you get at most restaurants.
I’ve tried burgers that cost $50–$60, and they don’t even come close to the flavor, consistency, and quality of Zinburger. I’m a big burger fan, and this is hands down the best burger place I’ve tried in the U.S. so far.
And seriously, don’t believe the people complaining about kids, noise, or the music. What does that even have to do with the food? This is a restaurant—not a library. If you care about the quality of your burger, this is the place to be.
Trust me, if you’re in Arizona—or honestly, in any state where there’s a Zinburger—this is the burger spot you need to try. Easily 10 stars.

It was Restaurant Week, given, but my husband and I ordered off that menu. I got the veggie burger, he got the double burger. My veggie burger was so burnt it just fell apart. Crinkle fries sucked. We’ve been there several times and it was amazing, but after our experience last night, bye. Never back. Sad.

The food is always great. We did the restaurant week menu which is a great deal. Service was a little lackluster this time. Waited probably 10-15 minutes from when seated until our server came over. It wasn't super busy. Also, had to ask for refills of drinks rather than being offered.
