CINNAMON ROLL BREAD PUDDING was the big hit at our table. Our host even ordered some for us to go. My Ahi salad was very tasty and ample, but beware of the chilis in it as they have some heat.Parking is an issue if you don't want to valet so I parked on the side street on the west side. I do hope to go back, even though it's some distance from where I live.

Easy to get reservation and not too crowded! Difficult to get parking. The premise does not have parking if you aren’t staying at the hotel - so make sure you plan before arriving. Our server was very polite! Zuzu has a nice ambience. We got shrimp tacos, short rib brisket sandwich and impossible burger. Quick service!

Came in to our reservation in, early. Went to wait at the bar and no service ? Order yourself type thing. Than left the drinks untouched because they were gross 30 min later finally got a text our table was ready ??! We were already gone cuz was afraid will regret the dinner too just like those $50 for 2 drinks lol

I went here for brunch to celebrate my birthday and it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. The food was amazing! I had the huevos rancheros and a cappuccino tart that I will be thinking about for the rest of eternity! And the only thing that was better than the food was the exceptional service. This is a real 10/10

My experience at Zuzu restaurant was absolutely dreadful. The service was incredibly slow, with 15 servers seemingly hating their job and ignoring us as we sat at the bar. Not a single person greeted us, and we were left sitting in front of a POS terminal feeling completely neglected. The only two servers that have it together are Sharon and Virg I believe her name is.To make matters worse, the manager “Nay” was incredibly rude and dismissive when we tried to address our concerns. It was clear that proper steps of service were not being followed, and it seems like complaints like ours fall on deaf ears at this establishment.Overall, I would not recommend dining at Zuzu restaurant if you are looking for a pleasant dining experience. The service was abysmal and the lack of care from the staff was truly disappointing. Save yourself the frustration and find a different restaurant to enjoy your meal.

If you want slow service and basically have to beg for someone to serve you. I highly suggest this place. The food took forever just for appetizers. We sat at the bar 4 to 5 Bartenders not one single one acknowledged us. Had to ask the hostess to seat us at a table and then basically a repeat of it all. Run don’t walk somewhere else.
