AJ’s in the Canyon is such a cool spot! I’m visiting from Virginia, and the drive alone was worth it — the scenic canyon route getting there was absolutely stunning. Once we arrived, we were blown away by the views from the restaurant. The burgers were some of the best I’ve had — juicy, flavorful, and just hit the spot after the drive. Only came for ice cream on the eve of our Nation's independence. The ice cream was very good, and Max's hospitality, and advice on which flavor wouldn't stain teeth was appreciated. 🍦
