I got hot lava type diarrhea from the malt vanilla ice cream. The place is filthy should be inspected by Coconino County health.

We were looking for good coffee and found it here! Delicious latte and an americano…so many yummy looking choices of ice cream, cookies and pies…we may have to come back after dinner! Staff was lovely as well ??

"My family and I visited this ice cream shop with high hopes, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Despite being a large group of 10, including children, we were treated rudely by the self-proclaimed manager. He insisted we go back in line after our kids collected their orders due to limited space, which was inconvenient and unnecessary given we were all together.

When it came to ordering, the manager disregarded my specific request for two scoops in separate cups and instead combined them into one. When I asked him to correct the order, he became confrontational and spoke to us in a disrespectful manner, eventually asking us to leave.

Moreover, the ice cream selection was limited, and the shakes we tried were subpar in taste. Overall, the lack of customer service and unpleasant experience make me hesitant to recommend this place. I would advise others to consider nearby alternatives for a more enjoyable treat."

I went there yesterday with a couple of friends. The manager /boy serving the ice cream was really rude. They should focus more on customer service and also should increase options in terms of flavors .

I would say avoid sorbet ice cream. Butter pecan and vanilla ice creams were much tastier.

Great stop on a hot day. Service is excellent and pies made there and apple slice was great. Coffee was good, not exceptional, but I’d definitely stop in again.

The best place in the area, the best sweets but above all the best sandwiches. If you like hot sandwiches, try here, especially the croissant with cheese, ham and egg... a pleasure for the senses.Very friendly people

As far as a cafe goes, not much of a selection for coffee. We did get an affogato that was hard to forget. This is mostly just an ice cream parlor. Could use some new furniture and art, some dine-In cups and plates would also really help make it more welcoming.

One of best affogatos I've ever had. Espresso is fantastic and the homemade malted vanilla is a killer pairing.
