The coffee here is really good, but OMG do not get a reading here. We did this as a first timer and got “Crystal” should have realized what a scam this was. She put out birthdays in her iPad and read from that. Legit nothing else. All of it was wrong too, didn’t resonate at all.

This café was a delightful stop in Sedona, and I truly appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff. The atmosphere was inviting, and Neco, the resident dog, added a charming touch to the experience. My only concern was the pricing, as I found $10 for an 8oz cup of coffee (with whip cream and honey) to be quite high. While the quality and service were excellent, the cost was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was an enjoyable visit, and I appreciated the hospitality.

Crystal shop + coffee shop. Good customer service &the lady working was very helpful describing the menu and providing suggestions. The layout for the line & seating is a bit odd, but it works. Their tea blends are delicious, especially the hibiscus/apple/cinnamon blend. We'll be back.

Stopped by to buy a coffee. Apparently they didn't have coffee available. They offered an Americano - I said OK. Then the server said she didn't have a till so she couldn't give change. Ultimately she found change somewhere and provided same. I asked for their card so I could write a review; then she offered to brew a new pot of coffee. Really - it's overpriced coffee, apparently when they have it.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS! This business willfully, blatantly, and irresponsibly violates county, state, and federal health codes for food establishments. This was independently verified and confirmed by the Coconino County Health Department.
The people working at the counter refused to address the problem. There was no manager on-site. Presumably, they knew what they were doing was wrong and egregiously disgusting, because they must have taken a food handler's course in order to work there, right? But, they argued and said they were correct and doing nothing wrong. Remember, the health department verified that they WERE wrong!
They do not seem to care at all about the health and safety of their customers, nor the cleanliness of their establishment. All of the employees need to be retrained on food safety and customer service. It is very sad when your customers know the regulations better than the employees, and it is even sadder that they just don't care.
Parking: Free parking lot, but it fills up quick and there is not enough spots

We stopped here because of all the positive reviews. My husband stopped in for some coffees and hot chocolates for the kids, but they were not drinkable! We’re pretty picky with coffee and have had many different types from many different places and have had really good coffee but unfortunately this place I do not recommend. Even the hot chocolates were not good at all & you can’t really mess that up.

Let me start with atmosphere , that was the reason why I stopped to try a coffee here .loved the crystals and decor annd displays and all about it ! Could not much tell you about my latte cause it was almost room temperature and too much foam then it should be that cut down on the coffee amount that is not cheap :) And my main concern was that I would like to see reusable mugs to cut down the waste that we already exposed too much in our life’s :) Thank you 🙏
High quality lattes, only negative is kind of expensive. Fit the Sedona vibe very well.

Great vibe and cute way to spend some time in the morning or afternoon. Neither I nor the friend I was with much liked our coffees. The barista was friendly and funny though. Honestly would be back again in the morning to give them another try.
