Stopped by on Sat afternoon for late lunch, and the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the paradise salad and Waco kid burger with butter beans as side. The salad was the right balance of arugula and quinoa with the mango salsa giving it the perfect sweetness and kick. Could've been a bit more generous with the portion considering the price, barely enough for one much less share by 2ppl. The Waco burger was definitely one of the best tasting burgers I've ever had. Perfect medium cooked juicy meat with the caramelized onion and bourbon flavors melted perfectly with the gouda cheese. We could easily Hava had a burger each instead of sharing 😋. The butter beans side was certainly unique and tasty, almost creamy in its texture and blended well with the dressing. However, as great as the food was, the service was pretty terrible. We were mostly neglected from the start even though rstu wasn't busy at 2:40pm. Took 10 min to get orders taken, then server didn't even bother giving us utensils or napkins after she dropped our food on table. Never even checked on us once until after we finished our meal and she bought us our bill. We ended up going inside and grabbing napkin and utensils from open table.

First and foremost, the burger and chicken sandwich we had were tasty. Our server was lovely. The reduction in stars: 1) Fix your sign. Your are losing business and it makes the restaurant look like it doesn’t care enough - which is tough when you charge the prices you do ($60 for a burger, chicken sandwich, and $8 fries the size of medium, and similar shape / taste as McDonalds) and two waters.Not even any drinks). 2) How can a burger place not offer fries as a side? Upcharge if you have to, but make me pay $8 for above-mentioned, mediocre fries is a slap in the face. My husband didn’t want the three sides offered, just fries. I got the cilantro slaw and it was so submerged in mayo I couldn’t eat it. 3) Reevaluate your prices. We travel around the world and have a good sense for value vs quality. Again, reevaluate your prices. Portions are adequate at best, plus the above. 4) Clean the women’s bathroom. The cabinet with a thick layer of dust is gross. 5) Service the outside tables. It’s the first thing people see when you pull into the restaurant - the same empty, dish-filled tables were there before we arrived, and still there after we left.
So much potential, just needs some management intervention.

The food tasted great. My daughter and I split a gringo burger. Both of us became ill sick to our stomach after eating here. We also had fries and a shake. I threw up and my daughter had the runs. So something was off. Service was slow. We sat at the bar. We won't go back to this place.

Amazing, chefs are doing an excellent job! We had Adam as our server, the entire team was very nice. Its was so good we were the ones to ask for merch. My wife got a cozy butterfly burger hoodie to take home with us. Thank you so much for a delicious dinner. Chef to Chef! You all are great.

Overpriced burger which was mediocre burger came out wrong basically raw sent it back only seared the sides burger was wrong still saw server turn away 8 people because he didn't want to move the tables then when I asked for the burger to be comped he agree only to forget never coming agian overpriced for mediocre bad service
For as good as the food is, the service is just awful. As a local, I have the luxury of going anywhere for a burger, and while they serve a good one I am just not willing to wait and wait and wait some more when the place is never that crowded to begin with. Tonight was my last attempt, and after standing in the doorway waiting for someone to greet us and give us the time of day, I said goodbye forever. Typical, and very disappointing.

Burgers were cooked perfectly, the server was chill, they let us order an unseasoned patty for my dog, and they even had my lady's special drink made by French monks. Highly recommend, ignore the negative reviews.
