Visited this place for the first time. I did read the reviews about the cake and cupcakes being below standard and horrid. I chose to ignore the reviews and give it a chance. We ordered 4 cupcakes (different ones) to talking to $50. It was so bad that we had to throw all 4. Unfortunately we were traveling back to DC and couldn’t return it to the shop. I don’t recommend this shop to anyone: looks like the cupcakes were sitting for days. The icing was hard as rock. I strongly don’t recommend this shop.

After eating at Rene restaurante we stoped by this place to get a pastry. The minute we walked in the place ricked at cigarette and coffee. Still I wanted something sweet and got a carrot cake and a cookie. It was disgusting the flavor was awful it tasted like cigarette, cardboard and had no carrot cake flavor at all and too much cream on top it all tasted horrible. I should have walked away when I fist smelled the smoke but I didn’t so here we are. This place is way over priced for the smelly bad pastries they sell.

Got a chocolate peanut butter layered brownie bar. While the ganache was great the layers didn't work right, something with the flavors was off. Definitely not peanut butter forward and brownie edges were a little dry. Very disappointing for a $10 dessert. Probably should charge $3 for this item.

We had two cupcakes here. They were good, if a bit dry. The highlight by far was the Tlaquepaque latte. It was a latte with chocolate, cinnamon and cayenne. Delicious!

Ice cream was good, service was terrible. The older lady serving the ice cream needs to step aside and let the more pleasant members of her staff handle the customer interactions. The poor girl checking us out had to whisper an apology for the rude woman's behavior. Based on how she treats customers, it's gotta be rough to work for/with this woman. Geez.

We were drawn in while visiting the Tlaquepaque due to the "as seen on tv" signs. Seems like they've had some fame on a few different TV shows. The man running the store on a Monday wasn't friendly, and the $8 iced caramel drink was not excellent, with hard caramel getting stuck in the straw. I did not try the expensive desserts, but everything looked wonderful.

Tourist trap. Cupcake was extremely dry and without flavor, and the package it came in made it so you had to eat it with a spoon, which doesn’t make too much sense when there is 3 inches of icing on top. I had to scrape out the entire cupcake onto a plate, and it literally became crumbs.

I was very disappointed with the carrot cake cupcake I bought on 5/2/24. The cake was very dry and the icing was so hard it cracked and separated from the cake so my impression was that it sat in the case for several days. Definitely not worth $10.

A cute bakery but honestly kind of dissapointing. The line was long when we got there but the person who served us was so sweet. We got quite a few things to try and for the most part, it was pretty average. One trend I noticed in a good amount of the things we got were that they were hard. The m&m cookie was very hard to eat, it was almost like a rock! The marshmallow river krispie bar was hard as well and that kind of ruined it. The cactus themed cupcake was good, but again the frosting was very hard. I realize it was sitting in a cooled pastry case but it's not very fun eating hard frosting. This was unfortunate because it was mostly just frosting and hardly any cupcake. And I do think the prices for everything were a little ridiculous. 13 dollars for a cupcake, that's mostly just frosting? Overall kind of a dissapointing experience.

Bought two funfetti cupcakes this afternoon 4/18/24. The icing and cake were both very hard as old cake would be.Not worth eating and not worth the $14.00 spent.

One of the most unwelcoming places I've been in - when we walked in were were just stared at by the barista, no greeting or change in expression at all. At the counter to order, my husband went first and before I could say anything the barista immediately rang up the one coffee and turned away to start making it as if there was no possibility I wanted to order something, too. It was very bizarre.

Most delicious banana pudding ice cream I have ever had. The owner is super friendly and fills you up with energy, so sweet! Their desserts are so good, that I had to go back a 2nd time before leaving Sedona. Thank you!

Friendly people, and I’m sure the ice cream would be good but we can’t recommend the baked goods. Went on a Sunday and got cupcakes and cookies, everything tastes off… maybe the sugar isn’t properly stored? Or maybe they were baked earlier in the week. Wanted to love it, but ended up throwing most of it away.
