Fabulous meal in an unforgettable location. From the moment we walked in we were blown away by the views. The resort setting was sophisticated, the service top-notch, and there was soft live music. Our waiter in particular was unusually pleasant and professional, making for a comfortable evening.
More than anything, the setting was out of this world, very much worth the drive.

I had the Boynton Canyon Breakfast, my partner had the Sonoran Sunrise Omelet and we shared the Roasted Apple Soufflé Pancakes. Very delicious!! Our view was amazing with the Red Rocks. We were not staying in resort but was able to enjoy breakfast as walk-in. We did get to the restaurant early to make sure they were able to seat us. Courtney was our waitress, she was delightful, welcoming and friendly.

Absolutely delicious food. Our tenderloin was cooked to perfection, was tender and had a great flavor. Our prickly pear crème bruleé was a work of art and a great end to a perfect meal. Service top notch and friendly with the manager checking on us to make sure everything was in order. And, or course, you can’t beat the views at sunset. We would definitely come back.

Food was nice nothing crazy. We had a good time but definitely lack luster. Our server was so nice but he was so slow, he messed up many many things that it’s inexcusable. The food is good but there’s better around, servers don’t pay attention to orders or payments. Just go somewhere else for a nice quiet evening.

The food is pretty good. Views are phenomenal. However, the service is what is most extraordinary. Well done.

For a $40 pesto pasta the quality was very mediocre. A guest next to us asked us how it was because they were thinking about ordering it and we said they should definitely not order it, rated it 6/10.
The tenderloin was definitely not medium, over cooked; super skimpy on the sauce/demi glace, barely there.

We came for breakfast, and while the food is good, it is not worth the price. It is nothing extraordinary. I ordered the Brioche French Toast, and you get the tiniest little slices of toast imaginable. Each piece could fit in your palm.
My friend's mom got the Apple Souffle Pancakes, and while larger than the French toast, they were the size of pancakes made for toddlers. My mom got an omelet, and they got it wrong twice in a row. First time they added 3 things she didn't want (everything else was fine, but they also missed her bacon), but afterwards, it's like they didn't even try. There was nothing in it except for something she didn't ask for. Not even cheese. I do appreciate the fact they took it off the bill, but its extremely annoying that a fine dining experience can't get your order right the second time.
The regular toast slices were fine, and I like the little jars of jam. I was just really excited due to how good the service was at the start, but it fell off pretty quickly.
Another downside that didn't fit with the rest of the review is that you can't even see the mountains or red rock. They kept the blinds pulled down over the windows. What is the point of being built in the side of a mountain when you aren't going to show it?

The breakfast is a hit or miss tho! The staff is very kind and helpful but it is slow.

Very disappointing experience.
When we arrived at the restaurant, the hostess told us that we couldn’t be seated because we were not hotel guests
They are the only hotel in USA that don’t Accept guest outside the hotel

My husband and I honeymooned at Enchantment and had absolutely amazing experiences at both breakfast and dinner at Che Ah Chi. It goes without saying that the view and atmosphere can’t be beat, but the food is also incredibly delicious. The halibut and beef tenderloin were both perfectly cooked, and the side of whipped potatoes was generously portioned and also delicious. I also want to note how warm and friendly the staff was; they went the extra mile to provide memorable service. I have celiac disease and they were able to accommodate me no problem! (They even brought out gluten free toast so I could enjoy the homemade prickly pear butter.) This is a gem of a restaurant and worth every penny.

There is nothing fine dining about this place. First of all, I would not recommend going after sunset — the high prices seem to be justified only by the view. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but the overall experience did not match the cost.
Nothing about this restaurant felt truly high-end. My martini came with olives on a wooden stick, and my husband’s negroni was so diluted it tasted like water. It also took quite a long time for our drinks to arrive.
We tried the bread with whipped ricotta, which was disappointingly bland, and the ricotta itself was watery, as if it had been sitting out for a while. My husband ordered the pesto pasta and added chicken for an extra $16 — the chicken was extremely dry and completely flavorless.
The main course was the most disappointing part — I was served an overcooked beef tenderloin, which I had to return. In a restaurant positioning itself at this level, that should never happen.
This place really felt like a scam. I would not recommend this place if you genuinely appreciate good cuisine and refined flavors.

I have been here many times. Yes the view is great but the portion and prices are sad. I sort of accepted the tuna app was $35 but there were about 4 bites to it.
And my “salmon” salad was really salad with a 4oz piece of salmon.
Don’t come hungry and expect to spend a lot and you’ll be fine.

Went to Che Ah Chi for dinner (not staying in resort) with family Pros:The grounds and resort is stunning. Views magnificent. Service great. Drinks good. Cons: Food underwhelming, expensive and very small portions. I'm OK with spending a lot on dinner but not this time. ALL 4 of our entrees came out room temperature. The crispy skinned duck was not crispy. The Steelhead trout was thin and overcooked. (it was too thin to be anything other than overcooked) The bread they served could be good but we got 4 tiny tiny biscuits at room temp. Go for the views and a drink or if you're staying at the resort and don't want to drive into town. There are too many excellent restaurants that serve fabulous food in Sedona to go here. This is just the opinion of all 4 of us who dined here who have been to many great restaurants.
This place was nice for our anniversary. Not crowded. Quiet, romantic, and luxurious. Food was tasty, and even though they do not have chicken for adults, the chef let us order chicken from the restaurant next door. Ted was a great waiter and gave us free dessert for our anniversary.
