Was looking to plan a very special evening with the restaurant and wanted to view the location before making a reservation. After making a 45 minute drive, the gatekeepers (super rude) informed me I must be a guest of the resort and have a reservation. I explained my situation and he told me “ Well you can always just look online to see what the restaurant looks like.” Thanks man, grade A advice. Too bad they have such an unwelcoming environment.

Completely overpriced and not worth the money. My friend and I split the elk osso bucco. They me why they chopped the bone in half so I got a tablespoon of meat while my friend got the bulk of it. Only one bite was tender; the rest we had to saw through with our knife. The ricotta appetizer which was supposed to feature a green chile sauce was just...ricotta. The risotto was good but really the only highlight. If prices are that high, then you expect exceptional service. Water cups were low throughout. Dinner plates were not cleared before dessert came (it was a birthday). The server forgot to bring spoons for everyone to enjoy dessert. Supremely lackluster.

Pretty disappointing to say the least. Food: a filet mignon was salty almost beyond being edible, and a panna cotta dessert on a hundred dollar prix fixe menu was inedible -grainy and flavorless. They served venison with marshmallow. What in the name of heaven. It would have been cute but the prices were so inflated. And we're from nyc so used to high prices! A seventy dollar pork chop? No. A mushroom risotto was bland without the wild mushrooms to justify the price. All in all Just not very good food, service was very slow and waiter was overbearing. Didn't help that we were sat at a pretty lousy table and they would not change it when I asked. Staff were walking around with a hand behind their back pretending it was fine dining but the food was just dressed up mediocre hotel food at inflated prices. Go off property instead!!

Went back for dinner and sat in the main dining room in a intimate booth. The entertainment was the highlight! Guitar player was very talented! My husband had the branzino which had something with almond and he requested a substitution and was told he will be charged $2 when the dish came. The butter sauce and mushrooms on the fish was delicious. I had the parsnip steak, bland small piece of parsnip with some sauce and a few tasty mushrooms on the side. It really needed a protein for this vegan main dish. Overall the portions are small and presentation is nice. I would opt for having lunch there on the patio instead. We had lunch the day before and was impressed with the food and value. For dinner the restaurant next to them has a better menu, but no entertainment.Harry our server was great!Vegetarian options: Needs work on those dishes by offering protein and more flavour on the parsnip.Dietary restrictions: Should not charge for a substitution for a food allergy

Went twice for breakfast and the Chilaquiles (breakfast nachos) were one the BEST THINGS I’VE EVER EATEN. So good!! I had it each time I was there. I would fly back to Sedona just for this dish. The views are incredible, and the wait staff is super friendly and professional. Shout out to Oscar!

One of the best meals you could have in Sedona! I tried the Venison Mole and couldn’t get to take a picture until the dish was done! The meat is cooked to perfection just like how its suppose to be. Service was great, and would highly recommend this place when you visit Sedona.Parking: Dedicated parking for restaurant visitors.

Our service was phenomenal. Both Ted as our server and Taylor as our bartender. It was our first year anniversary and they both went above beyond to make the night perfect. The food and atmosphere were incredible too - but the service is what made the night memorable and worthy of a repeat performance. Thank you for making our stay extra special l.

Reservation is required to enter the resort, be sure to make one before you arrive! We didn't have a reservation but quickly turned around and called the restaurant, everything went smoothly because it wasn't a peak dining time. The view was absolutely gorgeous from the patio and the weather was just right! Our server, Raul, introduced himself as a trainee and said he will try to answer our questions but he might need to go find some answers. I like how ease going he was. Raul was really friendly, professional, attentive. His demeanor was really down to earth and calm, it really fits the resort's ambiance. When we were ordering our dishes, he asked if we want the standard fries or upgrade to yuca fries. He could tell we don't know what yuca fries were so he offered some samples. We didn't feel rushed in anyway and that's exactly what we needed at that moment. We just came back from a hike and we wanted to relax, enjoy the view and some sisters' time and Raul gave us exactly that! When we made the reservation, we were asked if we are celebrating anything and we did mention that it is my birthday! Yesterday when I went to another restaurant also in Sedona, the reservation was noted and the hostess also knew but we had to remind the server and the total price was more than this restaurant. With Che Ah Chi, their service was much better than the one we went yesterday, and the servers' service and attitudes were definitely fits the resort style. I will definitely come back to this restaurant and the resort! If you have time, be sure to stop by the restaurant or book a stay here! By the way, Raul, we went to the hike you mentioned. I took a picture of the patio from our view for you!

During our stay at Enchantment Resort, we stopped by Che Ah Chi 2 times~ one for lunch and one for breakfast. We are so happy with the service and our greeted, host and waitress. I think our waitress name was taylor~~ she is just the best, she not only remembers our face but also did everything to accommodate our diet needs. The food was really really good, accompanies with a nice view of the canyon. Our favorite was the dip (I asked for crudités instead of chips) , and the breakfast eggs are amazing too. Lastly, try their prickly pear yogurt~~~ probably the best fruity yogurt I have had so far:-)Only reason I rated 4 stars for the atmosphere is because there are families here, and some kids can be really really loud if you are seated at a table next to them… so just be aware of this.Dietary restrictions: Healthy

I have been there with 3 guests. The 2 people from Italy and 1 person from Japan. I told them I would like to seat by the window when I made a reservation. When we went there our table was not by the window. I think the hostess should tell us about it before into the restaurant. The waitress is friendly, food was pretty good.

We came to Che Ah Chi for our 32 Anniversary! It was amazing! I had the Venison Mole' It was perfect! My wife had the pan fried Branzino! She loved it! We had the Quail appetizer and the Prickly pear salad. We split both of them! Incredible! Tom was our waiter and described everything perfectly! I also recommend the Chipotle Hibiscus Margarita using house Chipotle infused Tequila. It's a little spicy but wow so good! I recommend an early reservation to see the stunning view and enjoy the beautiful scenery in Boynton Canyon!

Breathtaking views, I truly don’t think there is a bad seat in the whole restaurant. We dined in late August and it was not overly crowded. We sat outside looking up to the mountains during sunset and we were blown away. I can’t emphasize enough how amazing our dishes were - my friend ordered Duck and I got Venison Mole and I am still dreaming about it. Both dishes were beautifully presented and tasted incredible. Oh and the risotto is a MUST for app. I would say this place is worth every penny.
