Sedona - Can the view be any better? Best view from any Chipotle I have ever visited! Oh, and of course the food and the staff service - always outstanding. Yummy!

The employees work very hard here to accommodate their guests, and it shows! The employees have always been very nice to me! They're excellent food and the most affordable dining within about a mile, truly. Give them a shot.

Great location with a nice view but rude staff. Whoever the guy working the cashier on November 1st 2025 (Saturday) during the day was so disrespectful and rude that I was very surprised on how he spoke to me when all I asked for was to purchase a drink. I already emailed corporate but something needs to be done about him because he is ruining the experience and business on what this beautiful location could be.

Beautiful location however horrible staff, The staff at the cashier was a male with a neck tattoo and a beard, with horrible attitude, he had a snobby attitude and his sarcasm was definitely offensive. When ordering we were a family of 5 and I was making a bowl for both my mother and I while the rest made their owns bowls. She doesn’t eat chipotle often and needed assistance on what may possibly take good. As I was helping her the steak ran out and the young lady with glasses was so kind and patient and said we can get the steak scooped to our bowl later on when it was finished. The male staff at the cashier made sarcastic mentions saying “yea take you time, it’s good for business” “it’s not like there’s customers behind you” keep in mind the staff were running around trying to restock on the missing items so it wasn’t really my fault for the slow process. He continued to make sarcastic remarks and later kept trying to say I added guac to my bowl to upcharge me which was incorrect as well as charge us extra for “side of steak” because they ran out of steak and would scope it on the side rather than the bowl. Keep in mind it’s a steak bowl? We just had to wait on the steak. The payment process was horrible as well, system was down and we had to wait. The women staff did amazing on trying to help everyone, it was just that male staff who was rude. There’s way more to mention about what he said but I want to finish eating and enjoying this view as the rest of my day in Sedona.

DISGUSTING STORE. I never write reviews but this was just too nasty to not say anything. Extremely disappointing. Walking into the store and immediately noticed how gross it was. Every table, dirty. The floor, disgusting. Dirty dishes everywhere in the kitchen. “Out”of white rice. Chunky queso. Brown guacamole. The table the employee was making our food on was DISGUSTING. On top of that, bathroom had no toilet paper in the women’s restroom. Told the manager, 20 Min later, still NO toilet paper. Multiple people used it in the meantime. I will never be coming back to this chipotle, it was actually nasty. 🐀

Chipotle with a 5 star view! And then the food was fresh and delicious. Alina had a refreshingly kind and helpful personality. That seems rare these days. And then Tucker was professional and happy to accommodate my boyfriend’s extreme dairy allergy. We sat on the patio to enjoy the view and perfect weather. Thank goodness there were umbrellas out there because it suddenly started to rain. We scooted one over to our table and enjoyed our delicious bowls with the rain while it was still oddly sunny and Snoopy Rock in the background. Random romantic lunch at Chipotle. Who would’ve thought

It was 625 when we arrive. They were out of chips and guac. Which isn’t a big deal. The biggest complaint and most disgusting was that the cashier was standing there picking his teeth with a black plastic tooth pick! He stoop steps from the food and continuously picked at his teeth. Which is disgusting and unsanitary. The workers on the line said nothing as I stood there in disgust. I do have a picture of the worker but I’m afraid to post it.

The bowls were really good but the tacos were not. The chicken wasnt ready so we had to wait around 5 minutes, which made the rest cold. Some of the staff were friendly and one was definitely not.

For the price, the food is excellent. The burritos are huge. The view is spectacular. The restaurant is clean. My only wish is that the food is less spicy.
