Staff was rude, we asked to have a rag to wipe off the table to eat outside and staff replied “No its raining?” We got some paper towels from the bathroom instead. And the food proportion was terrible, definitely not enough rice or beans put on the bowl. They put double the portions in Phoenix than here.

This is a totally beautiful location, and while they might sometimes be understaffed like ALL food establishments have been since the pandemic, they work really hard and the food tastes great!!!!!Great job, guys! I hope the unforgiving public can show you some grace!

We stopped at the chipotle in Sedona. The facility is filthy. I watched a worker just standing behind the food area scratching his beard all over the place no beard nets. Gross.Hard to get to when it's busy. Minimal parking but that's Sedona in general.After eating Chipotle in Sedona I spent the next morning sick as a dog vomiting Chipotle. Coincidence?This location has turned me off of Chipotle probably forever. Thanks.

It’s honestly pretty annoying when you drive 20 minutes from a different city just to come get chipotle for dinner and they closed early because “they are short staffed” without any notice. This is the second time this has happened to us!

Never use the app here unless ur close, I ordered through app but it took 35-40 min to drive into Sedona because traffic is screwed right now. Called Chipotle to delay making my food and they said they would, but when I got there at the time I told them to make it, it was already done and cold by the time I got back home.

With all of the places you can find all over Sedona to eat… this is the one place that is consistently delivering food that is good and delicious. They stick with the tried and true brand!Vegetarian options: You pick your base -bowl ( rice or lettuce or both) burrito rice and or lettuce- then your toppings- different bean selections , grilled peppers and onions, tomatoes, corn , guacamole, sour cream , cheese and salsa heat level.Parking: Parking on the side and at the back of the building in a parking lot
Stood in lane for 15 mins (25weeks hungry pregnant women). When I am at the food counter they say they ran out of everything we asked for. They should callout earlier or put the sign to let customer know they ran out of certain food.

They are located in such a cute spot with the best view of the mountainside sure envy the employees. They were welcoming & the food portions were huge it tasted great BUT made me & my friend super sick for the rest of the day & we both got different food items so kinda put a damper on the Sedona trip. I feel like chipotle is so hit or miss with being good or just giving you diarrhea so after this I’m gonna avoid chipotle all together which sucks because this place was a hyper fixation meal for me. Hope maybe in the future they get all their locations under control so it’s not a game of Russian roulette just to eat.

It is really sad to live in Sedona and to be treated with such disrespect. I was greeted by Michelle Rodriquez the manager who said as soon as I walked in the door that I better not be picky cause they dont have alot. I understand that it was New years day but this is no way to greet customers. She was going at it with several other customers. One customer she got into it really bad and saw the cops come. That poor girl clearly this manager should not even be working there. I have spoken to several people in the community and there seems to be a very big problem with this manager. I will not be going back until this manager has been terminated!
