Cold Stone Creamery

Obviously the Cold Stone Ice Cream was delicious, but the best part was the view from the patio. It honestly is one of the best views I've seen in sedona, and there was no hiking involved. Also our mixer Max was very personable. Great service.

Wow... Service is a thing of the past. Brooke, was extremely rude. Zero people skills and just downright unfriendly. Very short and unwelcoming. Honestly, she acted like she didn't even want to be there. Matt on the other hand what a breath of fresh air. He was super nice, but Brooke's attitude was so bad even Matt couldn't make up for it...

Great view if you sit outside! However, I got two ice creams, tipped 20% and then tasted one and realized it seemed really “off.” I went back inside and politely (and quietly) noted that it tasted like it had gone bad. The guy’s response was “You aren’t going to get a free ice cream.” I put it down on the counter and left. Missed opportunity to deliver good customer service for minimal investment…
