This is the first time I've seen shade ice cream where the sample and the actual product are so different, and it didn't taste good at all.

Great view if you sit outside! However, I got two ice creams, tipped 20% and then tasted one and realized it seemed really “off.” I went back inside and politely (and quietly) noted that it tasted like it had gone bad. The guy’s response was “You aren’t going to get a free ice cream.” I put it down on the counter and left. Missed opportunity to deliver good customer service for minimal investment…

I don't remember the gentleman's name but he had red hair and a nose piercing and he was super helpful so I want to make sure he gets credit for this. It was 8:55 on a Friday night, he was about ready to go home, but we came scrambling in hoping to get dessert since Black Cow Cafe closed an hour early without notice and almost cost us dessert. I know I would've been frustrated if people came in right at close but if this guy was frustrated he didn't show it. He was super colloquial and helped us out and got us some really yummy dessert. Thank you!!!

Came in today with my daughter and observed Quinn handling a difficult customer in front of us. He dealt with her very professionally and was super nice to us! Wanted to give Quinn a shout out here and I hope his bosses do the same. Thanks Dude!!

Bill the goat was so pleasant to talk to and make our order. There was a mix up in communication with our order and he was so easy to make a fix so we got what we wanted! Definitely when back in the area will stop to say hi and eat delicious cold creamy goodness!
Very friendly!
Racist establishment. From the moment we walked in we were harassed. Every little thing we did the owner commented on. Billy the owner .. told me one at a time as I was trying to list my toppings and then took my ice cream straight to the register at which point I let him know I wasn’t done. I only stopped because he told me to wait.!? we were spending over 100 as a family and we’re rushed from the moment we walked in and profiled! Nobody else was treated this way! Truly a whites only establishment. Smh worst place in Sedona!
Great late night milkshakes. Hard to find at night though, could make it a bit more obvious.
Had a single scoop of chocolate ice cream in a cup for $5.80. The ice cream was full of ice chips which I found unpleasant and the chocolate had minimal flavor. Cold Stone Creamery, Sedona, June 2, 2023.
