I don't remember the gentleman's name but he had red hair and a nose piercing and he was super helpful so I want to make sure he gets credit for this. It was 8:55 on a Friday night, he was about ready to go home, but we came scrambling in hoping to get dessert since Black Cow Cafe closed an hour early without notice and almost cost us dessert.
