I very much wanted to like this place but we had a very mixed bag of an experience. The positive: We loved the appetizer sampler platter and the Paloma cocktail and the margarita were very good. Waiter was also good. The negative: My wedge salad was super watery. Not sure if it was the dressing or if they didn’t dry the lettuce thoroughly but it was extremely sub par and flavorless especially for the steep price. The buffalo steak was very fatty and had zero seasoning. Had to ask for salt and pepper and the waiter commented that it seemed as if a lot of customers were asking him for salt and pepper and wondered out loud if the kitchen was seasoning things. When I ordered my 2nd cocktail it came in a significantly smaller glass than the first, yet I was charged same price. Waiter said they had run out of the original glasses. Ladies bathroom was in drastic need of attention with paper towels overflowing from trash can all over the floor. Bathroom stalls also had toilet paper all over the floor. Cute place with nice outdoor seating but overall felt like a tourist trap. Much better places for the price.

I decided to try this place out as it was recommended to me by a tour guide.Pros:The steak was decent. Fried cactus tasted like fried green beans, had a nice tangy chili sauce with it. And the view outside was amazing.Cons:They were very cheap with how much butter they gave me - not enough. Several dollars for extra. Service started off ok in the beginning but got really bad towards the end. I do not recommend dining at most places in Sedona if you are a solo traveler, as the service I received in general was bad. I paid a lot of money to be neglected. If you don’t respect or want solo diners just say so.

I had the ribs (VERY good), split them with a friend, cuz... STICKER SHOCK. Yeah it's pricey here. That's okay, cuz then we didn't have to haul leftovers around. No complaints here (except the price). Enjoy!!

Interesting experience tasting rattlesnake sausage and cactus fries. The cheesecake and prickly pear margarita were good but the burger not so much. The kid’s steak was perfect. Service was good and very courteous.
Felix was a great server: very attentive without smothering, offered good suggestions, kept our drinks topped off. We had the skillet cornbread as a starter, a must have to have! I had vegetable enchiladas w/chicken, which was excellent and had just enough spice. Hubby had elk chops and was very pleased. We had skipped lunch due to a busy day of hiking and walking, so we binged on dessert, too. Reasonable prices. This was our 2nd time to eat there when visiting Sedona on vacation, and we will go again the next time we visit town.
