The food was great. The vallet was $17 which was not mentioned anywhere. They were rude and walked away after receiving tip. It was our special anniversary and we left a note and it was acknowledged but no one did anything. We specifically creek side but they said last minute that they could not accommodate. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for our anniversary.

This was a birthday dinner and I could not have felt more celebrated! We begin with a splash of sparkling wine! Our server, TeKani,,was so professional and knowledgeable about the menu. She was very attentive and extremely cordial and polite. After a wonderful meal, we chose their pistachio Brulé and a chocolate extravaganza that will never be forgotten because it was so beautifully presented as well as absolutely top quality chocolate. It was a wonderful evening!

The ambiance was perfect! Service was fantastic except we weren't offered a drink other than water after our complimentary toast of champagne. I had the bucatini which had very interesting flavors but not in a good way. My husbands filet was amazing! We shared an appetizer called something like Tataki. The steak was fabulous but the sauce was odd and didn't compliment it. Overall the night was a hit but wish the food was more to our taste which may just be boring, so it could be on us.

We only had breakfast here, both indoors and outside next to the creek, so we cannot comment on primetime dining. The creek side dining is its claim to fame and it's so tranquil. As a hotel restaurant, the prices are inflated. Breakfast was pretty good - items were creative and leaned toward healthful options, some dishes worked better than others. All the omelets were good, but the raspberry n basil pancakes were just OK. Staff is pretty attentive. Go there once for a memorable outside table experience.

I enjoy a fancy meal where the food is divine and the wait staff is doting. I love an elevated, creative menu, and Cress did not disappoint. From the well-balanced, dangerously delicious cocktails to the amazingly mouth-watering dessert, my husband and I enjoyed every aspect of our fancy Cress dinner.

This was a beautiful place to still get an amazing view with a change of scenery! The sparkling water was fresh and crisp without being too mineral forward. The sandwiches we got were tasty and filling without being heavy. Having lunch by the creek is the perfect midday break. The tables are nicely shaded by trees and the cool breeze off the water is great for escaping the heat in the June/July months. I would highly recommend making a reservation so you are sure to have no wait and ideal seating.
