Our server was friendly and quite knowledgeable on the menu, ingredients, and specifically the wine. I found my meal was very good and even exquisite. We were treated with great care and they even arranged a shuttle from our resort to the restaurant and back. The dessert was a decadent chocolate cake. We will be back on our next Sedona visit

Apparently the dress code varies based on who you are.
The hostess asked me, a female, to remove my hat, but seated men wearing jeans, tennis shoes, and non-fitted, printed t-shirts as if the dress code weren’t business casual and the dress code doesn’t specifically say, “printed T-shirts are not suitable for the occasion.”
My hat was dressy and complimented my nicer than business causal dress. Proper Etiquette says females may wear hats inside and Never have I been asked to remove my hat, even in much finer dining establishments than this one.
Either enforce the dress code equally or don’t enforce it.
The food was on par with Italian restaurants in the price range.

Staff was rude inattentive- this place couldn't be more smarmy - the staff screwed up the order didn't check and then joked about it with their little work buddies! The insincerity at this place is beyond measure The food is fine but the staff has no clue what service is about! Rude! Avoid !

We have dined here many times and really enjoyed this restaurant. The last time we ate here was a year ago and we were completely disappointed. Instead of a public complaint on social media. We decided to share our experience with the manager. We were told there would be a discount given next time we dined there. I explained we wouldn’t be back for a year as we spend time in Sedona once a year in the fall. I called today to inquire about this situation but was told basically there is no record of this.Very unhappy ex customer.

The Concierge at our resort in Sedona made a reservation for my wife and me on a recent Thursday evening. The restaurant is very elegant with small bar, beautiful dining room, and an inviting patio.
Without belaboring the details, let me say the food was absolutely delicious and our server Ricardo provided impeccable service. Why only 3 stars you may ask? That rating comes as a result of the condescending treatment we received from the host.
When we arrived we confirmed our reservation and he immediately told us to select one of the three high tops in the bar. Unacceptable. These tables were crammed into an already small space; additionally, we don't expect to enjoy fine dining perched atop bar stools over a tiny cocktail table.
He was pushy and rude and tried to bullshit us about "the patio and dining room being completely sold out for the evening," and that "she" "had specified that our reservation was for the bar." (the Concierge who made our reservation was male).
Once we refused to take a seat at the bar table, he suddenly and rudely seated us just inside the dining room. Thereafter, we enjoyed an excellent dining experience. I did note that over the course of the 2 hours we spent in the dining room, there were never fewer than 8 open available tables in that "sold out" space.
In summary, 5 stars for food and service, 1 star for the lying officious a-hole who tried to bamboozle us into eating dinner in the bar, average score: 3 stars.

Dahl & DiLuca is among the very best restaurants in Sedona. Lisa Dahl’s selection of ingredients produces some of the finest Italian food anywhere. The beautiful atmosphere and high end setting make this a romantic space for a wonderful experience. The service is attentive and warm. Highly recommend this special restaurant to anyone.

My wife and I recently spent our 10-year anniversary in Sedona... just a quick getaway... and we had a lovely dinner to celebrate at Dahl & De Luca. We could not have picked a better place to go. This was my first time dining here and I'm upset I waited until the end of my stay in Sedona to try it. The food was delicious and the service was great. I had the pollo rustica, the burrata plate with grilled peaches wrapped in prosciutto with olives and the lasagna. All of it was so good. Definitely need to dine here if you are visiting Sedona.

Nice place, excellent service and well prepared dishes. We chose Pollo Rústica and Gnocchi Paradiso. The dishes were very tasty and well presented on ceramic plates. Another highlight was the dessert. The “home made” Tiramisu deserves to be tried, light and with all the characteristics of the original recipe but with a contemporary presentation. Tables with fabric tablecloths have become a highlight to be mentioned because few restaurants care about these details. It was an excellent gastronomic experience. I recommend!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here while on a trip to Sedona. We can not say enough good things about this restaurant. Such a romantic atmosphere and all of the food was truly incredible! The service was top notch and they made us feel so special for our anniversary. So glad we picked this restaurant for our special day and we are already dreaming of the day we can return!

Everything we had was exceptional. Our waiter Eric even introduced us to a new wine variety that we loved. Caprese d’ Amore was delicious, Cioppino was exceptional, and the Sogno Cioccolato (chocolate torte with salted caramel ice cream) was easily the best dessert we have ever had. Not to be missed.
