Decanter Tasting Room

We enjoyed the wine flight and a few snacks after landing and checking into hotel. Great atmosphere. Very chill and relaxing. A nice stop to start unwinding.

We discovered Decanter Tasting Room as we walked to a restaurant in the same shopping center.

Upscale ambience with outdoor seating.

Limited wine selection. Owner seems to favor Cali wines.

It's a big world.

Brianna was our bartender.

We saw online that they offered wines from Uruguay but that turned out to be a monthly, rotating flight offering. This months flight, July '25, it's French Rosé. We also ordered a flight of Reds.

The French Rosés were stunning. Each with its own appeal and intrigue. A+

Next up was the red flight. It was AZ reds. It was nice to taste what is happening in the state as far as wine making but don't think I'd ever drink any of these wines again. The wines were not bad but when you look at the prices vs what you get in the glass I can't justify the purchase. FTR, there are some great wineries in AZ. B-

We had a Blueberry, White Chocolate Cheesecake and it it was delectable. A

We're looking forward to coming back in for a French Rosé flight and some cheese and charcuterie.

Overall I would highly recommend Decanter to anyone looking for a nice spot to experience wine in V.O.C.

Absolutely love this tasting room! We stop through a few times a year while charging our Rivian truck. Briana always welcomes my family and I and makes us feel at home! It's always so nice to see her. She always recommends the best wines, too! Thank you so much for everything!

Miss Jane was an amazing hostess with extensive knowledge on local wines re: our wine tasting. She created a warm environment filled with of learning and made our tasting experience amazing.

Briana and Cameron was super knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect wines to match our taste. Cozy ambiance, great music, and beautifully presented small plates that paired perfectly with the wine. Whether you’re a wine enthusiast or just looking for a relaxing night out, this spot is a gem. Can’t wait to come back, we are visitors from So Cal and we love our wine! This is a must place for an evening of wine with great service, great live music and their fantastic wine associate(Cameron) and wine manager(Briana) making this a great experience. Great price for great wine and extraordinary service

Jane was great. Introduced us to Arizona wines and walked us through some restaurant recommendations for the week. Highly recommend if you are staying in the VOC or trying to avoid the crowds of Sedona.

A Must-Visit in Sedona!

I was in town for family reasons, and my sister and I decided to stop by Decanter Tasting Room—and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, Jane, our server, made us feel incredibly welcome. She was not only friendly and fun but also incredibly knowledgeable about the wines, making the whole experience feel personal and engaging.

We did the flight of Arizona wines, which featured four local selections, each one unique and delicious. Jane provided fascinating details and stories behind each wine, adding so much depth to the tasting. Her passion for wine and hospitality truly made the visit special.

If you’re in Sedona, this is a spot you have to try. Great atmosphere, outstanding service, and fantastic local wines—what more could you ask for? Highly recommend!

We went to Decantar on March 1st, 2025. We had a great experience! The atmosphere was so inviting and casual, but had a very sophisticated feel. The night we were there, they had a piano player who was great and celebrated my birthday! The food is great as well...anything on the menu you will be more than satisfied. The wine selection is amazing. The staff was also amazing...Brianna was the best! I can't think of a more fun and laid back evening enjoying some music, wine, food and fun! A place you will surely what to stop in and check out while in Sedona!

I came here with a friend and had a great time! The staff was very nice and knowledgeable on the drink selection. We had some craft beer, wine flight and the delicious charcuterie board with a generous amount of meats and cheese. The atmosphere was relaxing and a great music playlist as well. Highly recommend!
