Drewbies is an absolute gem in Sedona! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed—plentiful and convenient parking, which can be a rarity in this area. The food quality here is top-notch, and I love that they use avocado oil instead of seed oils, making everything feel lighter and healthier. Plus, they can make any dish vegan or vegetarian, which is a huge plus!
I had the breakfast sandwich, and the chimichurri added such a unique and delicious flavor profile—a great twist on a classic. The carne asada tacos were next-level, with perfectly seasoned meat and soft, fresh flour tortillas that really made a difference. The care they put into sourcing ingredients and preparing each dish is evident.

Love Drewbies, once again, exceeded my expectations, I had the carnitas tacos, pork was so tender, full of flavor, onions and cilantro perfect amount and the verde salsa was great, not spicey but packed with flavor and the right consistency. I ate at the counter and got to chat with Bianca who is a sweetheart. She made the experience that much better and when Drew wasn’t working on his food. We chatted for a bit. What a great guy, fantastic team and phenomenal all around experience. Honestly, this is one of my favorite places to eat in Sedona, VOC, Cornville and Cottonwood. They deserve to be supported by the communities and trust me, you will not be disappointed. Cheers til next time!!!
