Really enjoyed our experience here! The food was delicious - especially the brisket. Service was excellent and we didn't feel rushed at all. I highly recommend making reservations a month or more in advanced.
Born & raised in Arizona, first time dining at Elote Cafe since leaving in adulthood. Fantastic food and service, emphasis on corn isn’t overdone. Soup and pork cheeks are must orders. Exciting selection of rare bourbons. Can’t wait to visit again

The best Mexican food I’ve ever had. I ordered the lamb adobo and highly recommend! There was a lot of meat on my lamb shank, and the adobo sauce was incredible.

We had the fish tacos from the appetizer menu and the smoked brisket enchiladas, and the enchiladas were absolutely amazing. The fish tacos were just average.

This is the place to indulge, service, drink & food all awesome. We were so happy to be able to dine at Elote last minute reservation. We shall be back on our next Sedona trip for sure.

Hands down the best food we had in Sedona 🏜️! The latte was incredible, and the corn bisque, chips and salsa, and margaritas were all outstanding. I have nothing but great things to say about this restaurant. The service was amazing the staff were knowledgeable about every dish and made us feel so warm and welcome, like family. We can’t wait to come back!
