I always visit firecreek when I’m in town. I appreciate their homemade syrups and unique flavors although would love to see some variety.

Service is personal and they get to know their customers, however, it’s not very fast as they are often understaffed.

Great coffee, great chai latte and good snacks. There’s plenty of indoor seating with a real wood burning fireplace, huge outdoor patio with plenty of seating and great views of the red rocks. Not your big city Starbucks, small town vibe, love it.

I'm a local and was so looking forward to a scone today as a treat for my birthday. But terrible orange cranberry scone! OLD, dry, over done, not alot of flavor. (I know scones are usually hard & dry but this one was ridiculous). Coffee was good though!

My husband and I and our 6 year old grandson stopped in Firecreek Coffee. They have a huge piece of wood balancing on 2 round rocks posing as a coffee table. My 6 year old grandson got up from his seat and this extremely heavy piece of wood fell on my ankle. At no time did any of the employees ask what happened or show any concern. My ankle was very swollen and bruised. I got back to my hotel and left a message for the manager to call me back needless to say never heard back from anyone.
This is a law suit waiting to happen!
If that wood had landed on my grandsons foot we would be going to emergency and I would be contacting an attorney
It would be nice to know that Firecreek coffee gives a flip about a customer that was injured in their establishment but I guess not

Stopped in for a breakfast burrito and it was amazing! Filled with super tasty hash browns, excellent omelet, green chili, black beans and a ton of cheese and I added avocado but a choice of bacon was also available. Also came with side of salsa and guacamole. Coffee was equally excellent.?

Visiting coffee shops on vacation is required. House chai with oat milk, a Horchata latte for the daughter and a scone made with rainbow sprinkles! All delicious.

We stopped in on our way out of town. We ordered the horchata latte (iced) and the blueberry honey latte (iced). Both were fantastic. The chocolate chip cookie was amazing. The blueberry muffin was also very good. The baristas were excellent and very helpful. I highly recommend this coffee shop.

A really mixed bag. Love the place and do frequent it, but service and product are so inconsistent. The drip coffee is always good. You’re taking your chances on anything from the espresso bar. The pastries are expensive and not all that good (sometimes totally doughy inside or really dry- what coffee shop doesn’t serve a simple croissant?) not uncommon for really loud house music or hip hop with choice racial slurs to be blasting. There’s a few really awesome, kind and efficient employees who make the place what it is but staffing changes a lot (Sedona) and lately there’s a few times I just want to leave because the service is so poor, one young person in particular is not cut out for customer service at all and dilly dallys and yawns and stretches and just stands there when there’s a line of 15+ people. Okay local rant over.
