Super friendly staff! Made me feel like a VIP immediately. Delicious coffee and too many great choices for merch šŸ˜‚ I'm going to have to snag a T-shirt before we go! But I want pretty much everything they are selling.

One of the best, if not THE best coffee shops in AZ. We've been to alot across the state. You can tell immediately by their focus and effort in their product when coming in, and it comes through in the taste. This will be a for sure stop whenever we're in Sedona.

I had the seasonal caramel maple latte. It was sweet but not too sweet, just enough to taste the seasonal flavor. There is limited seating but the small shopping center is nice to walk around.
I did not have a pastry tho they looked tasty! Plus they had a gluten free pastry option. Good news for those with a gluten allergy!

ā˜• Amazing Coffee
Freeform Coffee in Sedona serves some of the best coffee I’ve had anywhere. The quality is top-notch—smooth, flavorful, and roasted to perfection. Their espresso is bold yet balanced, and the cappuccinos are creamy with just the right microfoam. If you’re a coffee lover, this place is a must.

🌿 Ambience & Atmosphere
The vibe here is exactly what you’d hope for in Sedona—laid back, artistic, and welcoming. The interior feels modern but still warm, with plenty of natural light and seating that makes it great whether you’re catching up with friends, doing some work, or just enjoying a slow morning.

šŸ¤ Exceptional Service
The staff here are genuinely friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. They take the time to explain their brews and make you feel right at home. It’s not just service—it’s hospitality.

šŸ“ Location & Experience
Set in a beautiful part of Sedona, it’s the perfect stop after a hike or a day of exploring. The energy is both calming and inspiring, and it feels like a true community hub.

✨ Overall
Freeform Coffee Sedona nails it across the board: incredible coffee, a beautiful place, and outstanding service. It’s the kind of cafĆ© you’ll want to return to every time you’re in town.

I came at 11:40a on a Friday. Not super busy, nice atmosphere and extremely friendly baristas.
Started with an espresso, which was great! I ended up purchasing a bag of Canyon beans to take back to Dallas with me.
After the espresso, I ordered an iced oat milk matcha and an iced oat milk dirty chai.
Unfortunately both drinks were subpar.
The matcha was ceremonial grade, but was not whisked well, and I there were chunks of matcha in my drink. It was also a little bitter, possibly mixed with water that was too hot. The drink was a little diluted, without much matcha flavor, maybe due to the poor whisking.
The dirty chai had good chai flavor, but it felt like the espresso and chai didn’t complement each other as much as they could have, although it mellowed out as the drink melted.
If you want espresso, great spot. If you want matcha, maybe try elsewhere in Sedona first.

I had the pleasure of discovering this shop Monday morning and can’t say enough about the experience.

The barista asked my name when ordering, asked how the coffee was after I’d had an opportunity to take a couple sips, then greeted me by name on my way out. While the Americano itself was spectacular, the service was somehow even better.

I’ll not only swing by the shop next time I’m in town, but I’m going to switch my bean subscription over to Freeform so I can enjoy it in the valley.

Truly can’t recommend this spot enough!

My husband is an avid black coffee drinker, and his morning ritual isn't complete without a cup of organic dark roast.
He’s tried countless blends, but he insists that nothing compares to Stargazer Dark Roast House Blend.
When I saw how much he loved it, I immediately bought him a bag of the beans as a gift.
It’s his strongest recommendation for anyone who loves hot, black coffee.

Staffs are so friendly and kind for us.
Sitting chairs & sofas are limited so it's better to take out for coffee.
