We opted for the four-course meal with wine pairing. We enjoyed the igloo experience, & space heater helped keep the igloo warm. We'd recommend doing this once as it is nice, but extremely expensive.

Delicious food, attentive service, and beautiful surroundings! Very accommodating for our table of 10 for lunch.

Staff were nice. Food was overpriced and taste mid. Dinner options were limited. I wish they have tea/coffee and dessert.

The igloo was adorable but the tablecloth was dirty. The food was very underwhelming. The IPA selection was nice though!

The Igloo experience made our Christmas at Bell Rock such a memorable experience. Our server was very attentive while giving us privacy to enjoy the ambiance. Highly recommended to any one traveling to Sedona for the holidays!

This was a fun experience, we have done before and brought out of town relatives to. We all had a great time. The food and service was excellent.

Unfortunately, can't recommend. Although the "igloo" experience is unique, there were problems with the food offerings (we called ahead to make sure vegan would be offered...and it almost wasn't...and also the regular menu would be available-beside the price fixe offering-and it was a limited menu). Too expensive for the quality of food. Sorry but it's true! Sedona has too much better offerings than this.

We stayed here for six nights, and the food was extremely disappointing for the price. As one example, I ordered a half soup and a mahi sandwich. While the soup was acceptable, the sandwich was not—the fish was overly salty and had a rubbery texture. I also ordered a salad, which was served cold straight from the refrigerator. Overall, the dining experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this place.

We've been coming to Sedona and dining at Shadow Rock Tap & Table for years now—three Christmas trips and once for spring break with friends—and it has always felt truly magical. Because of that history, I wanted to share some feedback that I hope is helpful rather than harsh. This was the first year we were charged a $75 fee to reserve an igloo. I completely understand that costs go up and that premium experiences sometimes carry a fee. However, in the past there was no charge, and I was disappointed to learn that this year's fee did not apply toward our food and beverage minimum. Had that $75 been credited toward our bill, it would have felt much more reasonable and in line with the elevated experience Shadow Rock is known for. In addition, an automatic gratuity was added. I don't inherently mind an auto‐gratuity, especially for specialty experiences, but this time the level of service didn't quite match what we've experienced before. We felt rushed, and the staff interactions felt more stoic than warm—as if we might have been an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. A bit more friendliness and pacing would have gone a long way in justifying both the gratuity and the premium setting. We were also surprised to find the hotel under construction, as this wasn't mentioned when we booked. While we appreciated the golf package and the deal on the room, it became clear once we arrived why that rate was offered. A little more transparency on the front end about construction would help set expectations properly. I actually told the manager earlier that we wouldn't be making the trip this year because of the changes, but old traditions are hard to let go of—we truly have loved our past experiences here and have recommended Shadow Rock to many friends. My hope is that this feedback is received in that spirit: we want to see this place thrive and continue to feel as special and magical as it has in years past.

Inside Hilton Sedona Resort, outside seating got good holiday decorations. Indoor seating is fairly simple. The food is okay but the prices are quite high (typical hotel restaurant pricing). We would rather eat at places in surrounding areas.

The entrance is going thru a rehab making the arrival experience for a resort underwhelming. The hallways and rooms need updating. Most rooms surround the parking lot/ have uninspiring parking lot views. The hallways are drab, and dimly lit and carpeting noticeably soiled in areas. A section of pathway lighting around the pool area was out making it difficult to see at night. The spa is under construction.
Uncovered food remnants / food trays from room service left unattended for hours in the hallway. A lack of attention to detail, and noticeable wear and tear/ deferred maintenance is evident. Lights not working, stain in the tiolet bowl, sink in kitchenette stained and the sink stopper corroded. Corners in an elevator I used, absolutely filthy. Given these signs, I avoided eating at the one resturant on site or using the pool/ spa resort facilities. I will not return nor recommend. Very disappointed.

Please do not give this place the benefit of the doubt, if you’re looking at the reviews and you’re confused bc the food looks nice please believe them and go somewhere else. Placed an order at 6pm for two steaks, came to pick it up and they told me they don’t have steaks and that I gave them the wrong phone number as if I don’t know my own phone number and that what we ordered isn’t on the menu? Makes zero sense but whatever common sense isn’t common. We re ordered then come back to our food destroyed and thrown around in the bag. Then they proceed to take my money and help themselves to a tip!!!!???? Then wouldn’t give me a reciept. Scammers and horrible staff . Awful awful awful service. This all started at 6, we finally got our ice cold food at 8.

We were really disappointed with our igloo experience. The food was average at best, and the seventy-five dollar fee to reserve the igloo was absolutely not worth it. The service made it even worse. Our server was not friendly and did not provide even the most basic level of service. In addition, an automatic gratuity was added for just two people, which felt inappropriate given the poor service. For the price and the promise of a special experience, this fell far short. We will not be booking this again.
