Zero stars. We didn't end up getting anything because of 2 reasons. Couple of ladies on their phone couldn't even say hello. Ice cream looked baaad

I'm not sure how this place is still in business, perhaps the owners have a deal with property management as a space in such a desirable area, I imagine, is in high demand. The chocolate tasted like chemicals, we couldn't finish anything we purchased. It's pretty hard to mess up a chocolate covered Oreo and make it inedible.

DO NOT GO. Fudge and chocolate tasted dry and chemically, like fabulosa. The reviews of this poor taste go back over a year. So clearly they haven't changed their practices. I wish I had read the reviews before hand, but we had just gotten lunch and craved something sweet.

BIGGEST PROBLEM: Health policies are clearly not understood or being followed!
My sister and I stopped for a cold drink and something sweet in the early afternoon. We were informed that they were out of ice and could only make one iced drink for us. They should not have made that one drink - there was barely any ice in it. More like a room temp tea, not an iced tea!
OF EVEN GREATER CONCERN, I took my chocolate sea salt caramel square out of the bag I got it in to discover I had been given milk chocolate when I had ordered dark chocolate. I returned to the shop to ask for a replacement with the correct item, and the woman working behind the counter began to put the “wrong” piece (that had been in the bag in my purse in the heat for a half hour before I picked it up to eat it and realized the error) back into the display case to resell! Worse yet: she did not understand why I found that to be problematic. When I told her I had touched it, she then backtracked and informed me that she then could not replace it because it had been touched. I would have to buy a new chocolate square (for $3) if I wanted it replaced - even though it was her mistake that resulted in me having the wrong kind of confection.
My sister had already had to throw away her $10 piece of English toffee (overpriced is an understatement) because it had a strange chemical/stale taste.
Would NEVER patronize this shop again. Very concerned about health and safety policies not being followed.

Before coming here, I read some not so good reviews of this place and the "older gentlemen" running the register/shop. Yet I still decided to come here and had a completely opposite experience. The gentlemen running the store at the time was nice, made jokes, quick/efficient with a full shop, and we walked out with perfect ice cream and a delicious shake!!! I'm definitely recommending How Sweet It Is for ice cream in this plaza/area!

This 13 dollar prickly pear shake was totally not worth it. It tasted exactly like a mostly melted vanilla shake... shots fired.

We didn’t try any of their fudges, just apple cider and candy. The candy was definitely overpriced and the staff were rude, but I really enjoyed the cider and actual taste of the candy. I did have to wait fifteen minutes before drinking because it was so hot, but it was absolutely delicious!

The worker older gentleman had a horrible attitude and was rude to the person in front of me. When I got up there to ask a question he was the same way which resulted in me instantly walking out. Change the attitude, many of us are here on vacation and have never been inside the store before.

Rude staff. Over charged us and we didn’t realize it until we got home. Plus the chocolate tastes awful and is so overpriced. This store is a waste of time and money, Go to a grocery store and get a snickers

Went in an a whim at 6pm. Sign was outside, lights were on but the guy in the shop seemed super annoyed we were there. We quickly grabbed 2 bags of candy at $8 each and 4 sweets in the case for $14. Nothing is clearly priced. I regret buying anything there. They tasted old and the guy was bothered.
Almost all the chocolate we ordered had a gross frangrant chemical taste that I can only assume was from cleaner that was so pungent when you walk in that it took my breath away. It appears as though I’m not the only one to have this problem as there is another review that says the

Fudge was so old that it was discolored and flaky.
