Very disappointed with the service, I understand that working with third parties could be difficult but the flower arrangement I received vs the one that was order looked nothing alike. Was expecting more than 9 roses, the arrangement we picked had at least 24 roses in both pink and red. First picture is what was ordered and second picture is what I received! Very disappointed, careful when placing an order with them! You will not get what you paid for! I suggest the owner not to work with third parties if they are not willing to give the customer what they paid for, when I went to talk to someone at the shop the guys response was “what do you want me to do about it” and refuse to be of any help!

Kim worked with us to design the bouquet, boutonniere and crown with succulents and other flowers fit for the long wait-- all within our budget. The flowers made our wedding look like a fairy tale! He was fast and attentive, kind and welcomed my opinion as to what flowers I wanted from his inventory.
