The options I’ve tried have been delicious. The view is beautiful, just the customer service could be a little bit better.
Gladly let us in even after their closing time, and is actually the most inexpensive ice cream you can get in Uptown Sedona that you won't find in many other American cities.
Great ice cream store. The price is reasonable and they use real food ingredients, not flavoring. It’s also not super sweet, which is nice.

I had a really disappointing experience here with my family. Upon entering with a service dog, the employee behind the counter abruptly stopped us and said dogs weren’t allowed inside. I calmly explained that she’s a service animal, but he still demanded to see paperwork—which is not only inappropriate but also illegal. This all happened in front of other patrons and was incredibly embarrassing for the person in our group who had to shuffle through her wallet to show documentation. We would have left if it weren’t for the kids, who were excited for ice cream. We stayed, but the experience left a sour taste—and unfortunately, so did the ice cream. We won’t be returning.
Great gelato store in the heart of Sedona. Very nice guy behind the counter. Good range of flavours and different items on the menu. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
