We had the absolute pleasure of having SunGwang host an Aura Party for our Sedona retreat with 11 ladies, and it was such a magical experience! She guided us through the process with so much warmth and care. First, she took our aura photos individually, then led us in a beautiful Qigong practice upstairs that left everyone feeling grounded and connected. Afterward, she took our photos again and gave each of us a thoughtful explanation about how our energy shifted.
Her insight was both eye-opening and affirming, and every woman walked away feeling seen and more in tune with herself. SunGwang created such a safe, uplifting space, and her knowledge of energy is incredible. I would 100% recommend her to anyone wanting to explore their aura and experience energy work in a powerful yet accessible way. Truly unforgettable!

From their yummy homemade butterfly tea, to returning the following day for a post hike sound bath led by the legend herself, SunGwang. She led such a relaxing, beautiful session that my butt started snoring! We left feeling so amazing and refreshed we had to come back AGAIN! The following morning we participated in SunGwang’s movement meditation session. Clearing so much stuck energy. We both felt great right away and the benefits have stuck with us as we have taken some of SunGwang’s practice home with us! We are feeling blessed to have spent the time, energy, and lessons with SunGwang and her community! All that being said, talking with her was the most inspiring part! A true honor! I will never forget SunGwang saying that I’m cool!!!! We hope to be back sooner than later!!
