Let’s talk about how magical this place is - the vibe and the energy in this place is just soothing. The butterfly latte warms my heart (its beautiful blue color comes from butterfly pea and blue agave). We also had our aura reading with SunGwang, which was such a healing experience. Honorable mention is the meditation class by Rachel - such a wholesome experience
We had the absolute pleasure of having SunGwang host an Aura Party for our Sedona retreat with 11 ladies, and it was such a magical experience! She guided us through the process with so much warmth and care. First, she took our aura photos individually, then led us in a beautiful Qigong practice upstairs that left everyone feeling grounded and connected. Afterward, she took our photos again and gave each of us a thoughtful explanation about how our energy shifted.

This was a life changing experience. It reminded me how much power energy carries and the importance of keeping my energy balanced to get through daily life. Sun Gwang was patient and extremely intuitive to what I was going through and I appreciate her words of affirmation. I also have to say the chai from the cafe was authentic and so comforting!
