Just a basic McDonald’s with turquoise colors instead of the Golden Arches. They were extremely busy and not much seating. We ended up sitting outside. Very congested and basic McDonald food. Staff were very friendly. Beautiful scenery while dining outside.

It's something different to see, at least once. Unfortunately the place is rather small for holiday and weekend visits... but the staff were very calm, pleasant, trying to get every order right and out in time. We love McD, and no matter where in the world, the fries and coke taste the same... the best.

Worst experience with McDonald ever… I purchased kid’s meal to get Disneyland 70 toy but got a outdated Despicable Me 4 toy inside, even the mini game attached can’t be displayed when I scanned it because the game had been expired…The fries was awful. My friends did online order and I did on counter. Both our meal came with no ketchup, even if my friend particularly selected Ketchup for the chicken nuggets. The blue drink is like color + sugar soda + ice. So better skip this one. Just take the blue photo and leave

This location sets the standard for every other McDonald’s to try to live up to. Been here a couple times the past few days: even when they’re swamped with hoards of people, the service is still friendly and very fast. If you select table service they actually bring the food to your table instead of just yelling out a number, well done!
I ordered an ice-cream 🍦 cone and a bag of ice. Macy was the woman who took my order, she was fabulous and served the ice-cream to me the correct way. The way I like it with the napkin. The reason for this is because she was also handling money and Lord knows what money touches before it gets to the cashier. She had excellent customer service skills and was professional. She made my experience there satisfied before leaving Sedona to come back home to Phoenix.

Other than the turquoise arches, there is no good reason to come here. They messed up our order two times, the service was slow and unfriendly. This is much lower quality compared to other McDonald’s. They advertise special merchandise and frankly they should just sell it in the store; pretty annoying that you have to go online to buy it.

If the bathrooms are filthy you can only imagine what the non-public areas look like….the bathrooms were filthy at 2:30pm on a Monday. I ordered a single cookie and received my cookie in an odd torn in half bag…why? Not my best MickyD’s experience.
