Mesa Grill for brunch was a hit! Grilled chicken on arugula salad with mixed fresh berries and green Apple vinaigrette, where has that been all my life? Delish! My hubby had carne asada and couldn't stop saying how great it was! Highly recommend.
We had such a great lunch at Mesa Grill! Rick was awesome and the fish and chips were delicious. We were super happy with the whole experience and look forward to going back next time we are in town.
Outstanding generous portions, great service, varied menu set against a wonderful scenic background.
Dinner at the Mesa Grill was a surprisingly nice meal. I normally avoid airport restaurants, but this place flys well above. They serve good food and have a friendly wait staff. We had the fried chicken and a steak and both were excellent. It's nice to be pleasantly surprised and Mesa Grill delivered. I'd definitely eat there again.
We were pleasantly surprised at what a wonderful restaurant this was. Our server Nicolas L was amazing so friendly and interactive. I ordered the salmon Cesar salad it was delicious. We also ordered the asada fajitas it's was the best we ever had. It was nice to step away from the extremely busy tourist areas of Sedona. I highly recommend Mesa Grill Sedona.
Very good food in a beautiful setting. They may have the best carne asada of all time. It's also great to fly in and have lunch all while checking out all the other airport activities. That being said, the last three times the services has been horrible. Six months ago, the hostess was so rude and condescending to many people waiting or God forbid, anyone tried to politely ask a question. The last few times the servers were awful. Lately there is a taller guy with brown hair that is one of the rudest restaurant workers we have ever come across. The people at the table next to us were polite and asking to order ice tea and he said, “your server will be along when he gets to it”. They hadn't received their drinks until after the table next to them were already enjoying their food after sitting down 5 minutes after the others arrived. It was 45 minutes of the same. No matter how good it is, at some point people will stop going and it is beginning to feel like that as it's not been as busy as it used to be.
Good location, fun atmosphere. The food is excellent. I had chicken cutlets: very tasty and the sides were awesome. My wife had the ribs. Very tender, good flavor , excellent fries. My son had the veggie burger bowl and described it as the best veggie bowl he's ever had. Overall a good meal. Will definitely return next time we are in Sedona.
Great place! Joe we'll make it a point—should we return to Sedona—to stay again and the resort by the Grill. Great food, great views!
Mesa Grill was recommended by a friend for my daughter's 21 birthday. The food was amazing and the service was wonderful! Perfect place for a nice meal for a special occasion.
The food was good as always. Our waitress, Kyrstyn, was very friendly, attentive and efficient. Great restaurant.

Really close to where we stayed very convenient and nice walk to dinner great food, friendly staff
Beautiful views, our server was great. The food was exceptional. Got to see a few planes land and taking off.
Interesting location right by the airport. Open air feeling and bright with the big glass windows. Seated in minutes. Service was fine but a little hard to find our waiter when we needed something as we were sitting in the outdoor area. The food was perfectly seasoned at every level but not salty and full of flavors. One of the best meals and exceeded my expectation. Simple food but done extremely well. Very generous portion and reasonably priced. We had leftover for another meal the next day and it was still amazing. I'd highly recommend this place.
Messa Grill was my first choice the last three times I dined out. 1 brunch 2 dinners I have been disappointed each time as I have been trying to get a rare hamburger . the last two times I asked to have the hamburger ON THE SIDE as the first time the waiter brushed off the complaint, with a bs statement that the bun absorbed all the rare juices from the 2 patties that make up this dish. This Saturday 6/21/25 when I ordered the same Item I told my waitor the story I was enfatic using the word rare six times as I ordered.. He would make sure it was rare. when the order was delivered to the table the patties were so overcooked I needed a knife to cut it in half. Had it been rare I would have been able to separate the patties with a fork. The waiter was a bit stuck for words and was gracious enough to deduct $9.00 off the item that was priced $21.00 I did not send it back as my guest had his food and i didnot o out to eat to eat alone My only thing I can say for sure is at three strikes in my game you are OUT
Food was delicious, “outdoor” seating was not out door you were sitting inside a room with 4 walls one was a half wall. It was extremely hot, hotter than the actual outdoor temp, which is hot in AZ. Service was good . Tons of flys which was gross when you're trying to eat . Views to get up the the restaurant we're amazing
