Such an interesting and scenic place for a delicious breakfast! Enjoyed our meal experience very much - our server was very friendly and professional, the menu had lots of yummy food options with very generous portions, the scenic views were amazing, and lots of incoming and outgoing planes added entertainment.

Fair prices for Sedona. If you’re gonna spend 25$ or more on an entree this is the place to do it. Amazing views, service and food. I recommend the smash burger or the fried fish. Amazing.

Very delicious food as always. Busy and service was slower than usual and a little noisy, but overall very good waitstaff. Inside at night not much ambiance.
Mesa Grill Sedona is a must to have when in Sedona. This being our 1st visit to Arizona, Mesa Grill came highly recommended for our anniversary dinner and it did not disappoint. We were seated by a window which allowed us to view the scenery and watch the jets take off and land which was fun to observe so closely yet not so loud. The Tableside Guacamole was a real treat to add to our special dinner and worth it to experience the Sweetie Drop Peppers which were just amazing!! We definitely enjoyed the Tomahawk Pork Chop with delicious sides. The drinks were all made well. And we just Had to save just a little room for dessert to celebrate the perfect evening. The Raspberry Sorbet was easy to savor. And the Mesa Famous Apple Cherry Crisp was served warm 😋 with Salted Caramel - was it ice cream or gelato? I don't know but it was soooo good! And was that tiny cubes of chocolate/caramel I tasted? Save room for dessert!! It's so worth it. Next time, we're coming for breakfast! And the $100 burger, at a fraction of the cost, sounds like a burger to try!! Thanks for making our anniversary dinner memorable and delicious! 🥂 🍾 ❤️ 🌵
Very full place on arrival. Had to wait a tad for server. But then very good service after that. Not wild about the menu but several items I liked.
Our server, Jose was most excellent. The blackened salmon with mushrooms was divine. So HAPPY to see the footlong chili dog back on the menu.... We were missing it!! Fish & Chips always a hit! Great job, Chef Mercer and team. See you again soon!!!
Very nice restaurant with fantastic views. My wife and I decided to go on the morning we were leaving Sedona and had a wonderful breakfast. My wife had the breakfast tacos and said the chorizo chicken was amazing and wishes she could make her own to replicate the flavor. I had the breakfast burrito and it was full of so much flavor. Our only regret is that we did not dine there at sunset, I can only imagine the scenic sunset views from on top of the mesa are probably the best around.
