Great food and excellent service! Portion size is generous; combined with the high quality of the food makes you feel like you're getting excellent bang for your buck. Love going here for special occasions—highly recommend making a reservation in advance!
Ate outside because a local told us it would be less noise. They were right. All the food was unique, but not unique like they saw it on a menu in NY and made a substandard copy. It was well balanced and happy hour is a great deal. We ate the shishito peppers, kale apple salad, and shrimp and grits. Get a reservation early and know it will be a traffic jam if you go near sunset. There is an overlook that has paid parking and attracts a crowd.
We arrived for our 5pm reservation a little early and we were seated. Enjoyed happy hour cocktails and appetizers then ordered dinner. While you can go outside to watch the sunset the venue doesn't have a good view. A line of trees block the setting sun. We still enjoyed the food and drinks and the service was very good. I strongly encourage reservations. When we left around 6:30 there were a lot of folks wait and hoping for a cancellation.
