Hummingbird at Mii amo

Don't come hungry.....
I got the sea bass, which was good, but for $52, the piece should have been bigger than the size of a saltine.

OMG. So so plain & SO pretentious. Really sick of wasting vacation meals. Super disappointed

The rabbit stew was so good I was thankful the rabbit died for my meal.

My wife had the AZ FILET, I opted for the bone in chop,w pureed califlower sauce, grilled asparegus and mixed berry dipping sauce. Both meals were fantastic. Chef is killing it here, top flight service Billy. Topped off w Creme Brulle, Brownie and coffee. Really can't say enough, sat outside did I mention the views? Look for that on my review of Enchantment

Ate breakfast here every morning. From start to finish the service was excellent. The hosts are kind and accommodating, the servers are informative and attentive. The food is delicious. My personal favorite was the French toast as it changes daily. The coffee was hot. I absolutely would recommend dining here if you have the opportunity.

Beatiful restaurant and excellent service. However, food is on the border of tasteless, specially for the price they charge. I cook and I like simple food/no salt, but here food is just bla. We ate Indonesian soup (so so) and shrimp tacos (definitely had better). Elk burger was ok.

Enjoyed breakfast after spa services. Michael was delightful and efficient - and darn near local, if I remember correctly. A rare find it seems. Had dinner reservations as well, so enjoyed both meals here. Billy was great at dinner as well. The salmon and shrimp were excellent, as was the shaved Brussels salad. The star was probably the buratta with beets, balsamic, etc salad. Will return there tomorrow. Had thought ahead that Tii Gavo would likely be our fav, but the food we tried there was terrible. Toss up between Hummingbird and Che Ah Chi for the win for this trip.

I've eaten at Hummingbird twice now for dinner, and can honestly say that I had two of the best meals I have ever had. The service is superb.The spinach pasta is the freshest and most delicious pasta I've ever had. The salads are wonderful and the portions are just right.I have lived in Sedona for 22 years, and this is our best restaurant among many good ones, with our best chef. Highly recommended.

What a blessing Mii Amo is! After recently visiting for the second time, I wanted to provide extra special thanks to the many wonderful, kind souls who made my stay truly exceptional and life-changing. Thank you to my journey guide, Jonielle, for orchestrating the perfect week of personalized experiences for me. No amount of special requests or schedule adjustments was too much for Jonielle and I am grateful to her for setting the foundation of what was an absolutely fabulous week. Thank you to all of the concierge team members, including Irene and Maria, who warmly welcomed me and also were extremely helpful in assisting me in arranging for use of the complimentary rental car as well as transfer to the airport. I understand the concierge and front desk team all wear many hats, but they do it all with ease and every interaction with them was truly top-notch. Thank you to the security team for helping me with a number of items that popped up throughout the week. Everyone was extremely attentive and personable - even checking on me from the security gate as I returned back from a hike in the canyon to make sure I had enough water. I especially would like to shout out Dev whose smiling face and positive energy was a joy to experience each day. Dev was so helpful in ensuring I had everything I needed to enjoy the rental car for my day in town and took care of all my needs at check-out to make departure a breeze. I will miss seeing Dev each day! Thank you to the Hummingbird team, especially Michael, and the entire wait staff, who made every meal magical. From the pool, to the patio, to the juice bar, and everything in between, I was so impressed by the joy every single person brought to their jobs every day. It was a true pleasure to dine with them. Hummingbird lunch and dinner with Austin was especially lovely - he is so attentive and truly takes pleasure in making every experience feel luxurious. Thank you to the wellness staff who put on many of the morning yoga and meditation sessions. What a blessing it was to meet Zlata, Patti, and so many others. Zlata brought such an incredible wisdom and healing energy to every interaction I was blessed to have with her. She even let me try playing a singing bowl in the crystal grotto - what a treat! I learned so many interesting things from Zlata especially at the Journey through the Chakras class. Starting my day with Zlata was a highlight of my experience and I am so grateful to her for generously sharing her gifts, knowledge and guidance with me. Patti has such a positive and soothing way about her. It was a joy to begin each day with these amazing team members! Kim McDermott is truly the heart of Mii Amo! It is so fitting to start the week with her at the welcome reception - she sets the tone for a truly transformative and renewing experience in every way. I was so blessed to have multiple opportunities to interact with Kim from the very first day, to a life-changing personal connection session, a blissful healing sound bath, and many other unplanned moments that were the joys of my day. Kim’s wisdom, generosity, positivity, and compassion are the essence of the Mii Amo experience and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to meet her in this special place. And where can I begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for Wendy? Wendy is a bright shining light offering deep wisdom, healing, joy, laughter, and fun to all who have the pleasure to know her. I was blessed to enjoy several meaningful and life-changing sessions with Wendy from chanting and meditations in the grotto, to yoga, painting, and personal connection sessions on the lawn, and many more in between! Wendy is so diversely talented and gifted and her ability to bring out and heal the child in all of us is astounding. I booked this place for the Spa + the two private access gates to Hiking Trails for a Girls' Trip. Had no idea we were surrounded by a beautiful Canyon with a vortex, the overall experience was Superb! Enchantment is family friendly, while Mii Amo I believe is adults only. Things I LOVED: -With access to two hiking trails within walking distance to the property, no need to rent a car and trouble with parking - easy and convenient. -Hummingbird's Chef is incredible - the food is clean, healthy and tasty! -Mii Amo spa: Consider trying their unique services - I had an Intentional Massage with Holly and a Soul Consciousness session with Ashiko - they were both AMAZING! - great healing energy and highly recommend booking with them if you can -Sleta did our Lecture for Journey through the Chakras - as a first timer, I learned so much from her -Pool was nice, quiet and relaxing, and with more views of the Red Rocks felt like it was unlike any other place I've visited Areas for improvement: With the reopening of spa, they're still working out some kinks but the staff went out of their way to make sure we felt taken care of - Irene at the front desk was much appreciated. They could use some sound-proofing for the Crystal Grotto room and upstairs Studio - to better block any outside noise. Overall, Life-changing experience with Red Rock views, incredible food, hiking and healing energy at the spa. I admit I had fun at the boutique too, lol. I will definitely be coming back - hopefully soon :-)
