Beatiful restaurant and excellent service. However, food is on the border of tasteless, specially for the price they charge. I cook and I like simple food/no salt, but here food is just bla. We ate Indonesian soup (so so) and shrimp tacos (definitely had better). Elk burger was ok.
Enjoyed breakfast after spa services. Michael was delightful and efficient - and darn near local, if I remember correctly. A rare find it seems. Had dinner reservations as well, so enjoyed both meals here. Billy was great at dinner as well. The salmon and shrimp were excellent, as was the shaved Brussels salad. I've eaten at Hummingbird twice now for dinner, and can honestly say that I had two of the best meals I have ever had. The service is superb.The spinach pasta is the freshest and most delicious pasta I've ever had. The salads are wonderful and the portions are just right.I have lived in Sedona for 22 years, and this is our best restaurant among many good ones, with our best chef. Highly recommended.
