Molé Sedona offers fantastic food such as bone marrow elote corn, snapper dinner, and tres leches cake. The ambiance is pleasantly jazzy with the noise level just right. Despite the servers being busy, they still try their best. Highlights include the blood orange margarita, fresh chips and dip, and excellent rice and beans. The roasted Beef Bone Marrow and Elote Street-roasted corn complement the taste really well, and the mole is very good. The food was divine, with dishes like mole enchilada, Pollo Tacos, and Mole Con Pollo Asado earning high praise. The view from the outside deck is stunning, making it a perfect spot for lunch or dinner. Service can be a bit slow, as the restaurant doesn't have many servers, but the overall experience remains very positive. The steak, ordered medium, was cooked well, and the flavors across the menu were impressive. Though the avocado fries had big chunks of avocado, some wished they were thinner, and desserts were left untried due to full stomachs. The place combines a retro feel with an upgraded interior, creating a charming setting for enjoying good food and drinks.
