I called several times trying to place an order, no answer. I figured they were having phone issues. So I drive over at 7:30pm to order and they say they arent taking any more orders because they ran out of pizza sauce.

We loved the pizza from Moondog's! We ordered the Moondog's Classic and took it back to our hotel, and ate it by the fire pit! The crust was just right, and there were plenty of toppings. This was our last night in Sedona, otherwise I might have tried to convince my wife to order from here again!

Came in on Juneteenth after a long afternoon spent in the water. The owners had great hospitality and were very attentive! The restaurant was clean and inviting and the food was sooo good :) Ordered pizza, wings and a calzone. I definitely recommend dining here. Thank you for serving us!

The sauce is good, sun dried tomatoes were amazing, the mushrooms under-cooked, and the bread bland. Overall, it was ok, but to say its the best pizza in Sedona would state that Sedona can't make pizza. I will say that the service was quick though, which may explain the under cooked mushrooms. Bang for the buck, I'd say it could be a little lesser for the quality, but somewhat fair compared to other joints in uptown. We got pizza and a calzone which cost a little over 50 bucks. Atmosphere is small and family/sports style-causual.

We came here a few days ago after a hike and ordered the moon dog pizza. It was by far the best pizza we’ve ever had, not a crumb left behind. Wish we had something like this in Canada. The people were very friendly and as quick as can be for a freshly made pizza. Highly recommend it if you’re ever in the area! (Sadly don’t have a pic of the pizza, we ate it too quick lol)
