Went here during my bachelor party weekend. The service was prompt, friendly, and very helpful. Half of our six-person party ordered the Ruben sandwich the first night; it was so good, we came back Sunday for more. Cannot recommend the food high enough!

2nd time here and the waitress is awesome! Even today she apologized for the wait as she is short a waitress and a cook…we are from out of state and nice to see the friendly face.
Nothing special about the food. Not served hot. Waiter needs to find a different job. Disappointing for Sedona area.

I was taking my service dog for a walk this morning and we passed Nick's, so decided to come back with momma for some breakfast. It was so good and the staff treated my service dog like a little princess, bringing her a bowl of water and a piece of bacon when our food arrived. The server was lovely and we felt valued and welcomed. Unlike a certain Mexican restaurant just dowm the street where the manager treated us horribly because we arrived and waited for a seat with my service dog (see previous review). Regardless, the other restaurants we have experienced in Sedona have been so friendly and inviting, so we will continue to frequent those locations along with Nick's West Side!
