Couldn’t wait to post. I’m still eating at the restaurant. By far, the best pizza I’ve ever had. This will be a regular stop with each future visit to Sedona!

Come on Lisa Dahl, you need to do better. We expect more from your brand of restaurants. Pizza was mediocre and the gelato is brought in wholesale from Scottsdale.

To charge $3 for ranch is just the epitome of cheapness.

Drove from Phx just to take my granddaughter for lunch. What a circus. Hostess was flustered, even though there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. She wanted us to leave and come back in a 1/2 hour because they only had 1 server...but I saw 5 workers. They reluctantly sat us down, but we had to wait for waters...or any type of service. People were getting up and leaving. Hostess was chatting it up with employees while another girl was scooping up ice cream with little disposable spoons and eating it right out of the ice cream containers. She would look to see if she was being watched, and stopped when she saw that I was watching her. Disgusting. Any one those people could have brought us a glass of water or taken our order. Finally, some servers arrived and came over after about 40 minutes and took our order. The salad was weak...not enough dressing or meat. The pizza was just OK...not enough sauce. A really a disappointing experience, since this was one of our favorite places and it was my granddaughter's treat. We prefer the old location, over this new one. Nice decor, tho. Won't go back. Sadly.
I took pictures, but there is no place to post them on here.

We came to Sedona to hike and eat local food. We were a little tired after hiking, so we went to the best local massage shop in Sedona, "Sedona Tai Chi Massage & Foot Spa", for a full body massage. It was so comfortable!

Very yummy food. If you're looking for a traditional Italian pizza place, this is really good. Definitely not going to find Pizza Hut kind of pizza here.

The Italian desserts were also very yummy.

We weren't in there at a particularly busy time, about 5:00, but even still it was quite loud inside. I think because it is a brick building and so sound kind of echoes. That would be the only complaint.

Wheelchair accessibility: Was easily accessible with my electric scooter. Handicap parking spaces are right adjacent to the front door.

Best pizza I ever had. They need to have a waiting area so you don't have to wait outside for a table. They could enclose an area outside of the main entry. Fortunately, we did not have a wait this time, but I've been told to wait outside before and I left because it was not good weather. Glad we got in this time. Lots of good choices on the menu, including desserts.

Pizza and salad was great! Waitress was great and very helpful. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Loved the cool Pic of Paul and Linda McCartney.

Vegetarian options: The salads were really good. They did have pizza with veggies and cheese.

Parking: Get there early. We found a spot right away, but the lot filled up fast at lunchtime.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids there enjoying pizza and the decor. There is an outdoor patio too. Families were sitting outside although it was chilly.

Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance looks a little tight for a wheelchair, same with the inside. I'm pretty sure it is accessible though.

We ordered a margherita pizza and an order of bruschetta trio. When I started the order it stated they needed 70-85 minutes to make them even though they were not very busy. We picked up three minutes earlier than the stated ready time and the pizza was just lukewarm and one of the bruschettas was burnt around the edges which they should have replaced it instead of just giving it to us. Also, for take out order, the default tip is 20%. So be careful, you need to scroll down all the way to review your order before submitting the order in. I was in a hurry and my cell reception wasn’t good, I had hard time scrolling down the page… I submitted my order and ended up giving 20% tip for my pickup order that we didn’t really enjoy. In my opinion, tipping for pickup order should not be more than 10% because we didn’t get any service. Thus, the default tipping for pickup order of 20% is a ripoff.

Stopped in because I heard and saw some great things online.

I'll start off by saying the food, was serviceable, and I think a lot of that statement is refletive of the wait time to receive said food.

My buddy and I arrived at 6:22 PM and were told that the wait would be 45-50 minutes. We put a name down on the list and received a text message saying we would be seated in 1 hour and 20 minutes. A bit odd considering what we were just told.

Out of curiosity, I checked how long it would take if we placed a pick up order on their website and it said 75 minutes. This would save us some time, but we wanted to eat in the restaurant so we decided to go back to our hotel to kill time and return.

We came back at 7:40 PM and were seated immediately, which was great but we were shocked when our server informed us that the pizzas would take 45-50 minutes to receive after ordering.

I was a little angry because I felt like:

a.) we would have had our food already had we ordered pick up
b.) the wait made me feel as though they were prioritizing pick up orders

We placed our order. Mediterranean Sampler Plate came out quickly, no issues there.

But the real kicker was when our server returned to let us know that they would be putting our pizza in the oven shortly.

It was 8:44 PM

I think the only word I can use to describe how I felt when I received that information, is mortified.

Why the hell was I waiting close to an hour for them to throw a pizza in the oven, and then wait another 10 minutes for it to be cooked.

The food was DEFINITELY NOT worth the wait.

I do plan on returning to Sedona in the future because it is a charming and beautiful town with a lot to offer. But when I come back, I will definitely not be returning to Pisa Lisa.

We we're in town on vacation and ravenous from hiking. I can't speak to the regular pizza but the gluten free is some of the worst I've had.
