Locals here, we used to frequently dine at Pisa, Lisa, however, the last two times we have gotten takeout and there has always been an item missing, first time being the beets when ordering the beet salad, the second time tonight we ordered a margarita pizza, and there was no mozzarella on the pizza…….. we haven’t had this issue when dining inside the restaurant, which makes me wonder why it’s consistently bad when we’ve ordered takeout…..

We ordered a pizza to go and not only was there barely any toppings, the pizza was almost entirely burnt. I can't believe they would hand a customer something this badly overcooked. By the time we discovered it we were home and didn't want to drive back to complain. Very poor quality control, very disappointing. We have had decent pizzas here before, but we will not be back.

Had dinner around 6pm on 11/29 and just before placing order for margerita pizza was told that they are out of basil. How can pizza restaurant run out of basil? I worked in hospitality before and usually it’s not hard to run out and get ingredients even if it’s a grocery store. Even maybe order via third party. There is a second location as well. Just seems like very poor planning around holiday season. So had to settle for a pizza with arugula. Food is pretty good, tomato soup was tasty. Just the whole out of basil thing ruined it.

I places an order and when I got there I was told the pizzas were 20 minutes behind the posted order. Ok I left and came back. The pizza was dry and tasteless. It was cold. I asked if we could sit at the bar and were told no. We paid for extra pepperoni but should have asked for cheese too.

The margherita pizza was decent, but the size of the tiramisu I got to go was - while absolutely delicious! - absurdly small for the price. The employees I interacted with were all very nice.

Ordered take out build-your-own pizza and Caesar salad. I was very specific about what I want on my pizza and for whatever reason they added chili, which I can't eat (allergy) and it went to the garbage. The dressing that came with the salad was nothing like caesar dressing - pinkish and hot. Luckily I asked the dressing on the side, so at least I could eat a dressing-less salad.

We were there around 4pm on a Friday way before dinner crowd; plenty of seats available. This restaurant feels spacious probably because tables are spaced well apart from the next. There are seating for both indoor and outdoor. Pets are allowed for outdoor seatings. Service was prompt and ordered food was served quickly too. For the price, we felt the pizza fall short of ingredients and salad portion runs small.
