This is a must go spot in Sedona. What’s better than a refreshing delicious cone of fresh made gelato after a long day of hiking? I go to this place multiple times when I visit Sedona. We got the cookie and the lemon creme. They were amazing. I had the lemon creme. It was probably one of my favourite cones I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place. Also the server was so friendly and sweet. She’s lovely.

Friends and I went for Gelato here and loved it! Not only was the Gelato outstanding (the lavender flavor was a transcendental experience for me), but the customer service given by Carson Penny (I hope I remembered her name correctly) was probably the best I've encountered from any human being -- not kidding! She wasn't frustrated by our wanting to try a handful of flavors, but assured us she wanted us to really love what we ended up with and was so delightful as she served us, that she was just as amazing as the Gelato. The atmosphere vibed its theme and was a fun space to hang in while eating our delectable treats. Our group of 7 relaxed in the comfy arm chairs and loveseat and moaned over our delicious Gelato. We WILL be back!

I went to another gelato place down the street at first and was dissatisfied, then came to Pussycat Gelato and got what I came for. Excellent flavored gelato and Carson was super nice. Thanks for being better than other gelato places in Sedona and having REAL gelato.
After leaving a yelp review i received a rude email stating i shouldve asked for a refund! Really? I want people to know its not great AND they aren’t sorry, just angry we left a bad review. I dont like leaving a bad review, and i also dont like driving out of the way for blah gelato.

The gelato was bland and disappointing. If you look at any negative reviews on yelp, you’ll see the ridiculous responses from the owner. He’s clearly not hearing the criticism and deflects to other subjects.

Went in randomly, simple and clean shop. Many different flavors to choose from, you can try before you buy, and pretty generous with the trying scoop. Prices are awesome too. Talking about the taste, THE BEST. The Service was even BETTER. Simply you will exit with a smile on your face and happy taste buds. I had pistachio and tiramisu flavors. Pumpkin spice was also a hit among my friend. Would always go here for ice cream, if i visit again.
