Tried this place on a whim when I was on a spontaneous trip to Sedona with my boyfriend. So glad we stopped in, the decorations are absolutely stunning, I had to snap a pic. The man who helped us was very kind and helpful since it was our first time in. We loved the flavors we chose, you really can't go wrong with gelato, but this was exceptionally tasty!

Gotta check this place out ?! The gelato barista is the friendliest person who has such a wonderful smile! I can definitely tell why, the gelato here is real and it's awesome. I got the vegan raspberry and I melted it was so good!!! Real raspberries people, this place is a ? the staff makes you feel at home. A cute little out-of-the-way spot to grab some delicious gelato! The shop is located inside a small mall, right on the main strip. It might be a little hard to find if you're driving and looking for it, versus walking along the outdoor store fronts. We split a cup of Raspberry and Caramel Brownie and both were delicious. I give a slight edge to the raspberry, as it was really flavorful. It's a little higher priced, but I would say it's in line with Sedona pricing. I would definitely come back, but on a warm day! 20/2024

Whenever I go to Sedona I have to stop by here! They have plenty of vegan options. I like the combination of raspberry and chocolate due to the tart and rich flavors that pair well together. Come here for a sweet treat.

My experience here started off great, the man working at 4:30 on Nov 17 2023 greeted me and let me try a ton of samples and gage me his reccomendations. I loved the service so I left a generous tip. As I was sitting and enjoying my gelato, a father and son came in and got their gelato for free. I thought it was sweet to do that, and didn’t take any offense that they got their gelato for free— it was cute. Then, the man proceeds to talk to a fellow customer about how he “loves the power of his job” and “only charges people he doesn’t like.” When I heard this, I was honestly pretty offended and confused because I thought we had a good interaction. I got up and left because I was confused/ upset. I wanted to leave this message bc I believe this man needs to be held accountable because this is no way to speak to and treat customers.

Always a family favorite!!! We've been coming for years now and always a must stop! The staff is beyond friendly and always strike up a friendly conversation.
I tried to get gelato. The person there let me try 2 flavors only, both of which I didn't like and said I had to get gelato or leave. I went to Love Gelato instead and it was delicious. I tried 4 flavors and it was hard to decide between them. I got 2 scoops in a cone. Just save yourself time and go to Love Gelato.Reply to owners reply. I am a 35-year-old woman and health care worker who came in with her mother and her mother's friend because we are doing a mother/daughter vacation. So your response is quite hilarious and offensive. If you are seeing this owner's replys, I think you can understand that the other shop is supierior.
