Wow, what a great experience! Super welcoming team who were very patient as we sampled a bunch of different flavors. The ice cream was so delicious and they have some unique types. Wonderful atmosphere and very quick. We could tell they took a lot of pride in their business. The raspberry chipotle flavor was a home run.

Best ice cream I’ve had while in Sedona. Had the apple pie, salted caramel cheesecake waffle cone. One cone was enough to share. 👍🏻

Great selection of ice cream flavors. The ice cream isn't exactly cheap, but it's definitely worth the price. We were even able to try different flavors before buying a scoop. The view is also very good. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Sedona.

We visited Rocky Road Ice Cream while staying near Black Stap, and it turned out to be such a great little find. It’s a small, family-owned ice cream shop that really has that classic mom-and-pop feel — even the smell inside reminded me of a traditional ice cream parlor.
They had four flavors available when we went, and while we went for non-dairy options, I can only imagine their dairy versions are just as delicious. The best part is that you get to sample flavors before you order, which not every place allows, and it really makes the experience more fun.
The service was outstanding. Our order was made a little smaller than expected, and when we mentioned it, the young man behind the counter went above and beyond to fix it, even giving us a little extra as a courtesy. Both people working were kind, supportive, and made us feel welcome.
The shop is tucked into a little plaza right off Main Street in Black Stap, and we saw a steady stream of customers coming in and out, which says a lot.
Highly, highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area. Great ice cream, wonderful service, and a true family-friendly vibe.

We stopped here after a day shopping in Sedona. I love hand dipped icecream and this place did not let me down. There were a ton of choices, some I have never seen before. Also sorbet and floats available. I liked that there was a very small cup option for my 2 year old as some places smallest scoop is very large and ends up being a huge mess for her. The prices are reasonable for the location and the portions. The only sad part for me was I went back on Wednesday and that is the only day it is closed. It did seem like the gentleman who worked there could have been the owner so I understand you can't work every day.

The 2 girls with dark hair put off an unwelcoming , chilling vibe despite my friendly demeanor. Don’t think I dare to go back!
