SaltRock Kitchen serves very good food with unique and delicious dishes. Highlights include the Scallops entre’ featuring large scallops, as well as excellent Papas and Pork cheek appetizers. The pork belly and birria tacos are also delicious. The service is excellent, with knowledgeable staff who provide wonderful recommendations. The restaurant boasts stunning views of the Mesa from the deck, enhancing the dining experience. While the atmosphere can be somewhat distracted by outdoor games in the hotel's common area, the overall ambiance is fantastic. Valet parking is available, and guests should be prepared for a steep walk if arriving on foot. SaltRock Kitchen is highly recommended for its impressive food, service, and value.
