Crafted margaritas were very good. Food was good but not worth the price. Salads were way overpriced without protein.
My husbands experience was great. I have a few food allergies and they were not handled well. I came for my birthday dinner and wasn't so impressed.
We ate lunch and ordered jalapeño margaritas, wings, poblano chile rellano, and shrimp and corn grits. Everything was DELICIOUS! We couldn't believe we had not eaten there before. Especially, since we are locals. We will definitely be coming back.
Catastrophic We expected to spend an amazing thanksgiving dinner and finished up waiting two hours and a half to be served and get the remains of the kitchen for dinner. The manager and servers were very kind, ashamed, and they did not charge us for the food as bad they felt it had been but the result was an awful experience. A shame to an Amara resort. Outrageous
Overall one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Between being seated significantly late, not be waiting on for close to 45 minutes. The food being cold and not being served as was described on the menu. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Servers were incredibly kind and apologetic though.
Went for Thanksgiving dinner. They were clearly overbooked and understaffed. The service was very slow and the food was not great. We overheard they were running out of certain food but never said anything to us. They brought us dishes that were bot as described without an apology. Very overpriced and underwhelming.
Waited 30 min with a reservation for a server to acknowledge us. Just as we were getting up to leave and go somewhere else they brought us some water and dry bread.
Overcharged Thanksgiving Dinner. The meal was subpar and the quality was lacking. A traditional thanksgiving meal was plated on one plate and looked like a mess. No individual side. Just one plate. This came with a hefty price tag of $100 per adult and $50 per child. Absolutely ridiculous.
We came for the thanksgiving prefix dinner. Overall everything was just very underwhelming especially for the price. The cocktails lacked creativity and cohesion. The food did not match the descriptions and was very poor quality. Our server was sweet and somewhat attentive, but could clearly see we were not enjoying our food. They reused the same tablecloths.
We were expecting Thanksgiving dinner and got lunch only one food option. Everyone was polite yet seemed like it was there first day at work. Food was ok nothing special and no dessert available and the oddest rap/techno music playing in the background. So for 550 bucks I'd pass in the future.

Honestly, we were not impressed. Overall it was ok, but very expensive. I'm sorry to report this as I really wanted a great experience but was underwhelmed and the price tag was $$$$!
Lovely food and service. The restaurant has great views. The complementary valet parking is a plus adding to the overall experience.
We dined during a rainy evening and weren't able to enjoy the views or the patio, however the interior is also very pleasant. Drinks were excellent and so was the food, but portions are a bit small for the price.
Excellent food and cocktails! Gluten free options were labeled on the menu and staff was knowledgeable when I mentioned I have celiac. They even provided gluten free tortilla chips (not from the shared fryer) for guacamole. Service was great and ambiance inviting! Very reasonably priced for quality and portions of food.
Service was great. Seemed to be a place for many women gather, several 6+ tables of women. I went with my husband so due to the larger parties, the noise was loud. Food and service was excellent. HIghly recommend.
