I purchased a fresh bag of popcorn that was not warm or very fresh but tasty and a bag of mixed cheddar caramel that was so stale it had a cardboard flavor and soft texture and was inedible. My daughter bought straight caramel and said it was edible but not much flavor. This place needs to step it up.

The popcorn was delicious and they had so many different kinds of candy that took me back to when I was a kid. Their customer service was great and the staff is so sweet. Im a traveler and a foody type of person and this is the best popcorn shop i have ever visited. I purchased the Kettle Corn and Garlic Parmesan flavors, FINGER LICKIN GOOD!! The worker was also making fresh butter popcorn and gave me a bag, so sweet! Id recommend to anyone visiting the Sedona area! Support Small businesses, Cant wait to be back soon!!! :)

They say they make the popcorn fresh here every day however I believe that the popcorn I received: frontier mix, kettle corn, and the free butter popcorn they gave me for purchasing two were several days old. Absolutely no crunch to the popcorn even the butter one and very chewy and soft. My entire family all agreed that it is stale. Even my 2 year old who loves popcorn put the butter popcorn back in the bag because he did not like it. I went back to return but they wouldn’t let me. The most they offered was to replace the frontier mix for caramel which was actually quite good. I believe since the caramel is crunchy when it dries it could be several days old and still be good. Quite disappointing. Not fresh.

The woman working the counter yesterday evening was rude. My daughter asked for one scoop of strawberry cheesecake, she gave her rainbow sherbet. When I said she asked for strawberry she looked at me and said "no she asked for rainbow sherbet". I looked down at my daughter who said again she said strawberry. The woman refused to give her the right flavor and I had already paid. It was one small scoop in a cup, the fact that she didn't offer to fix her mixup was horrible customer service. I didn't even notice until I walked out of the store that she had given me vanilla praline ice cream instead of the peanut butter fudge ice cream I asked for. Horrible customer service over some highly over priced bunny brand ice cream.
From Tucson, currently living in Egypt. Back for family, my best friend, her grand kids & I decided to take a trip to Sedona for the day. I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing the popcorn & ice cream tasted. The smell of the different popcorns emulated the air as you walk by, a combination of sweet & salty. Yummy! And I was pleasantly surprised the owner, Sara & I have so many things in common = Both business owners, the love for helping others & standing up for the voiceless & being a beacon for humanity. It was such a nice breath of fresh air to share with each other our ideals & ethics, leaving with generous scoops of ice cream. Meeting Sara (& her daughter who works down the walkway at an Indian Trade jewelry store) made my day. Actually made my trip away from home feel like home. Visit & get the popcorn from Sedona Popcorn Emporium - YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED.

Location is super small and they have about 10 or so varieties of popcorn to choose from. They also have candies and ice cream including cactus candies.

The lady behind the counter was very dismissive. My son's waffle cone broke immediately leaving the store, we told him to go back inside and ask for a cup and they told him it would cost. You would think after spending $40 on ice cream for your kids they would give you a cup
