This was one of the most frustrating restaurant experiences I’ve had. We only went here on Christmas Day because nearly everything else was closed and vegetarian options were hard to find. We were very clear that we did not want chicken. Still, our food arrived with chicken. When we pointed this out and asked for a fresh plate with tofu, they didn’t remake the dish — they simply removed the chicken from the noodles and served it back to us. It felt careless and disrespectful, especially after clearly communicating our needs.

The boba and any of the drinks there are a must have, the food quality has unfortunately gone down a bit in the last 3 years, it's nothing like how it was but still worth it if you're willing to spend $$$ for somewhere mediocre food

Surprisingly so good! We got the boba milk tea and popcorn chicken and both exceeded our expectations. As serious boba addicts, we didn’t expect much from boba in Sedona, but wow, this was actually really good. Super satisfying and totally worth it!

Boba was nice, lots of fun flavors to choose! I cannot say enough good things about the food! The bento boxes are amazing portions sizes and packed full of food. So so flavorful! The popcorn chicken tasted amazing and was some of the best i’ve had. Definitely my fav food spot in sedona!

Good food but wasted my time driving here multiple times to find it closed. Not by 15 mins but 45 mins before their posted close hours. Stopped going altogether. Crazy annoying!

Place closes about 30-40 minutes earlier then posted times. Last three times we have tried to dine here this has happened.

If you want the boogeriest looking steak ever, come here. Got the steak bento box and was very disappointed. The steak was soooo stringy and gross. It's like they took the scraps and soaked them in sauce to cover that up. Had this not been the case, the rest of it was otherwise very nice. The rice, egg roll, seaweed salad, and random macaron. I would think the chicken one might be better. Absolutely avoid the steak.

I had Sono Kitchen cater boba and gyoza for a late night snack at my wedding. Not only was the owner super sweet and accommodating, but the food was alao a huge hit at the wedding! People literally asked if they could take the left overs home with them. The owner was able to accommodate every request my husband and I had and even made some recommendations. They even delivered the food to the venue! I would give Sono Kitchen 100 stars if I could.

Our first visit to Sono Kitchen & Boba was a resounding success. Not only was the food exceptionally fresh, but the drinks were also expertly crafted. The ability to sit outside and enjoy our meal was a bonus, and the staff's system of calling out order numbers ensured a seamless experience. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Great food but the wait wasn’t too very longer and not very streamlined.

Best boba tea I’ve had in a long time. The food was so well prepared and came out in a timely manner. Good customer service.

Quick stop, big flavor! We made a snack stop at Sono Kitchen and it did not disappoint. Got the Pop’n Bo (popcorn chicken + boba combo), and wow—so much flavor packed into every bite and sip. Super fresh, perfectly crispy, and the boba was on point. Definitely a must-try if you’re in the area!
