This is one of the top five grossest experiences of my life. Restrooms are permanently closed with instruction on the door to porta-potties on the side-back of store. All four Johnny’s were full to brim with stool and two had poo on top of seat. Regrets for stopping at this place with my family for a gas topper.

It's 8:30 in the morning on Sunday December 8th stopped to get gas and a couple of other items including lottery tickets. I had tried to pump gas on number 4 and the pump was not working. I tried a couple different credit cards just incase. I went inside and told the tall rough unshaven male casher the pump was not working. I did not see a name tag. He had a instant nasty attitude and said the nothing wrong with it people have been using it all morning as to dismiss me. I explained what happened and he kept getting loader saying there is nothing wrong with it. I said I noticed a couple of the other pumps are out maybe this is also. He was very short and rude repeatedly getting load saying there is nothing wrong with the pump people have been using it all morning. I got my lottery tickets and asked if he could check a couple of last nights again he rude and said no do it over there. Then I was putting away my wallet and he got load saying leave and don't come back, your here everyday and always something negative then he canceled my gas that I paid for and told me to leave and don't comeback. This Man has a serious attitude problem, there most be something wrong with him he seemed very angry and he dosnt want to be there. He has an extremely short fuse and should not be in customer service. I must look like someone that is there everyday and he does not like. I only come to Sedona once or twice a month so I thought his comments were strange. Hopefully someone at corporate will respond to this review.

This place is an absolute filthy dump! The area around the pumps Appear as though they've not been cleaned in years. The grime and filth around the pump pads Is terrible. Management is completely indifferent. I will not return.

I've seen cleaner bathrooms at a rest area, absolutely disgusting, about half way up walls, and floor was pure grime, use some bleach

I stopped by after a long day roofing, feeling hot and hungry. This place was a lifesaver! The staff member at the counter was super friendly and helped me grab a drink and pizza. She was really kind and thoughtful. It was exactly what I needed to refuel. Thanks for the great service!

Terrible policy on purchasing tobacco, my girlfriend of 38 urs of age got turned down trying to purchase a can of chewing tobacco..this company is not Abiding by the law here in arizona.. don't ever go there.
The place is under staffed but the team always is positive and helps you. There are people in sedona that need their gas pumped by the workers and they go the extra step to help the elderly and handicapped.
