First, the good thing is that coffee is always predictable GOOD! I really like my strong dark roast and no matter where I travel, it is consistaned, like here in this location.
BUT, this morning, the music was so loud, LOUD, more like a bar with dance space. BUM, BUM, BUM, and the speakers are clearly not built for that. Does anybody really need some teenage lyrics screamed in your ears on speakers which suck!
I asked for a little softer touch, and they made it louder, yes, LOUDER. What a great FYvto a regular customer like me.

Another nasty bathroom. I expect this at gas stations. Well, at this point I expect it at Starbucks. Same experience in Texas. This location is really nice inside (except the restrooms of course). Even has a small private meeting room. Service and coffee great.

Service was alittle off. Server walked away and started cleaning instead of making my tea so I had to ask for my tea after a 5 minute wait

Waited 10 minutes in the drive-through for them to give me the wrong size drink. They took the grande poured into the Vente cup and added a bunch of ice to make up the difference in liquid.
Literally my nine dollar Frappuccino tasted like I was sipping small ice cubes through the straw literally every sip had an ice cube on it.
So freaking annoying …

Big roomy starbucks, lots of tables which was nice. However, ordering was a painful process, the store was not busy, yet staff were constantly talking and interrupting the lady taking my order that things were constantly missed and I had to ask multiple times, did you get this/that. Staff were all too busy talking about what time they finished and why they didn't use a button etc on a specific detail I asked for, when we got to the end of the order to pay yet another team member interrupted and the server finally asked her to just wait a minute as I was clearly frustrated. I found the staff constantly talking and interrupting like I wasnt there half way through an order incredibly frustrating. My coffee was dangerously hot, like beyond way too hot, undrinkable. The store was uncomfortably quiet, no music or anything. I love starbucks but this store left a lot to be desired.

This is by far the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. They are consistently sloooow. We have been here twice now and it seems that it ALWAYS took them over 1/2 hr to get our coffee/matcha order out. Also, the people here are selectively friendly to those customers who tip…if you don’t tip, then they move slower than molasses on getting your order out. This is absolutely unacceptable! You all need to retrain your employees on how to do their job efficiently and correctly.
This store didn't sell any goods. If you want to buy goods, a store inside a supermarket is a good place! It looks stylish from the outside, but the inside is a typical Starbucks in America. Please note that the store closes early. I am very grateful that the store opens early ?

I happened to walk in super early in the day while it was still dark outside & was surprised to see the staff wearing Santa Hats… everything looks so festive. It was a great mood lifter. It was the first day of Starbucks holiday season. Our drinks were perfect. Staff was attentive and we got our food & drinks in good time. Good location for us as it was near rental house.

Took 20 mins to get a chocolate croissant after I hounded the staff. Older lady at the counter just shrugged it off, no apology, doesn't care that my order came 20 mins later compared to the rest of my party who ordered after me. Pretty sure I would've waited eternally had I not reminded them.
