Employees all look like they hate working there and are miserable. I quit going here and I go to Freeform coffee - for coffee choices from Nicaragua- Costa Rica- Zimbabwe or to Sedonuts for homemade donuts and coffee. The view coffee is nice too. This Starbucks is a bad and hateful experience that will ruin your morning. Visit one of the cool local coffee shops instead

The old lady working there was rude.. I ordered with time on the app (tells you 5-7 mins) I did that in time! We got there the drive thru was empty and when we got to the window a nice lady greeted us and when to get the order, the rude old lady came to the window with one of our drinks and started lecturing us on how the app works LOL saying how she had to pull out our ticket to make our order since we where there and there were so many orders ahead.. I mean where is the people with those orders? If they are not there why does it bother you to make two drinks! And within the time frame we got from the app.. and also so if someone comes and orders on the drive thru will they say the same? We can’t make your order because we have others ahead? I mean it doesn’t work like that.. its Sedona woman just retired if you will have an attitude on a STARBUCKS where I have met the sweetest nicest people working.

I placed a mobile order for pickup around noon. When I walked in to pick up my drinks from the pickup counter, I also asked for two cups of water. However, the staff member refused and told me I had to go to the cashier and order them separately. I understand policies may vary, but expecting customers to wait in line just to request a quick cup of water—especially after placing an order—feels unreasonable and inconvenient. It was a frustrating experience and definitely not what I expected.

Literally the slowest Starbucks ever! The MVD is faster honestly. Not to mention the music is so loud inside you can barely hear the voices in your own head while wearing earbuds turned all the way up. I don't know what else to say really.

What a joke this store is. As we walk through the door an employee pushes out the door and told us the lobby was closed and we needed to use the drive through. . We turn around and they let a few people in and then lock the door. The people went to the counter to order and left. Mean while The drive through took 20 mins to just get an order placed. And another 20 to get around to realize the order was totally screwed up. If I could do a 0 stars I would.

I placed three orders at this location this morning and there was an issue with each of them. It wasn't busy at 5:45 am, so that wasn't the issue. The atmosphere itself is nice with plenty of seating.

The NICEST staff! This has to be the most cheerful and nice Starbucks I’ve ever been too. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! A beautiful way to start the morning. They had such great energy! Great job to the entire team there on Monday 4/1 @ 8:30
