I am writing to share some feedback about a recent visit to your store while I was traveling. I want to note that my intent is not to criticize, but to offer an observation that I hope is helpful.

While waiting to place my order, the staff—led by someone who appeared to be the manager—was engaged in a very loud personal conversation about weekend drinking. I stood at the counter for some time before being acknowledged. When I was briefly told that someone would be with me shortly, there was no eye contact, and the conversation continued as the person walked away.

I completely understand that teams need moments to connect, but the volume and subject of the discussion, combined with the delay in service, felt unprofessional and uncomfortable as a customer.

I appreciate the work your staff does and hope this feedback can be used constructively. Thank you for taking the time to read my note.

There was no line—service was delayed due to Eva gossiping about other staff. When I asked for a manager, she said managers “don’t exist these days,” and my macchiato was made without coffee. I’ll just make my tea at home next time.

had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks and felt the need to share it. On more than one occasion, I was told to wait and then come back later because of the barista’s attitude and behavior. The same barista, who said her name is Eva, has repeatedly been rude and unprofessional, starting interactions with an exaggerated “hey friends” that comes across as mocking rather than friendly.
One time, Eva even claimed the store was closing at 5, which was not accurate. I work next door and have witnessed her gossiping and speaking rudely not only to me but to other customers as well. This has happened multiple times, not just once.
Because of her behavior, we ended up driving 10 minutes to a different location just to avoid dealing with her attitude. I hope management addresses this and that she changes her approach, because no customer should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when visiting a Starbucks.

There is absolutely no way this stand is profitable lmao. The solo barista literally served 4 or 5 customers in an entire hour despite a line being there all the time. This is not an exaggeration, that's how slow it was. Owner needs to staff more, simple as that. Could have sold 5x as many drinks by putting the woman who moves at the speed of smell behind the register, and let one person focus on the drinks.

Years ago I used to avoid this Starbucks, because most of the baristas seemed untrained. But as of the last few months, the service and drinks are incredible. Shoutout to Jena specifically - she makes wonderful drinks, remembers your orders, and is always willing to make adjustments so that the drink is perfect for YOU - and ALWAYS with a smile :) Highly recommend!
