The young man who was there today was very kind, he prepared my drink correctly and quickly as I asked. The only detail is that he was already waiting. Does anyone else think this Starbucks needs more staff?

There is absolutely no way this stand is profitable lmao. The solo barista literally served 4 or 5 customers in an entire hour despite a line being there all the time. This is not an exaggeration, that's how slow it was. Owner needs to staff more, simple as that. Could have sold 5x as many drinks by putting the woman who moves at the speed of smell behind the register, and let one person focus on the drinks.

Years ago I used to avoid this Starbucks, because most of the baristas seemed untrained. But as of the last few months, the service and drinks are incredible. Shoutout to Jena specifically - she makes wonderful drinks, remembers your orders, and is always willing to make adjustments so that the drink is perfect for YOU - and ALWAYS with a smile :) Highly recommend!

Tired of eating put and wanted a sandwich. We saw that Bashas uses Boars Head, so we stopped in. Two gentleman behind the deli were so nice and made our sandwiches just how we asked. I had the 12 grain bread and hubby had the hoagie roll both excellent. It hot the spot for a sandwich craving! Stop in on and get a sandwich fix when in Sedona.

Lady taking orders seemed overwhelmed or undertrained. It was a busy Sunday morning & the place was crowded. They were also out of some of the drinks my family wanted.Parking: Access to the parking is cutoff by the long drive through line when it reaches the street.

I stood at the deli counter for 10 min waiting for someone to notice I was alive. The woman took a man that had just walked up, no big deal one more person, who wanted meats cut while he was shopping. He left and 2 deli employees stood and talked about his order while still not acknowleging me. During the entire time, all employees carefull avoided eye contact even when I spoke to them. I gave up.
